The Adventures Of Bette Porter And Sissee Gardner Schmidt After Tina (Part 2, Chapter 8)
“I hope there’s no fucking security lights,” she said, between laughs.
“We’d get caught like a deer in the headlights.”
We ran all the way to the back of the property and stopped, but kept laughing while we gasped for breath. Bette spread out the blanket next to a bed of flowers under a coconut tree. We fell on the blanket and laid on our backs, looking up at a very cloudy sky. I looked back at the house and saw the lights blazing and could still faintly hear Kris singing. Our laughter began to subside as we heard him sing my favorite song.
“Take the ribbon from your hair.
Shake it loose and let it fall.
Layin’ soft against your skin
Like the shadow on the wall.”
I sat up and pulled the double leis off from around my neck and dropped them beside me. Bette sat up too and I lifted her flowers over her head and set them on top of mine. She took my face in her hand and kissed me hard. There was urgency this time and all the silliness we had felt earlier disappeared into the shadowy night.
“Come and lay down by my side
Till the early morning’ light.
All I’m asking is your time
Help me make it through the night.”
I pulled my tank top over my head and threw it aside, then I slipped out of my shorts and panties. When I laid down, she undressed too.
“I don’t care what’s right or wrong
I won’t try to understand
Let the devil take tomorrow
Lord, tonight I need………..”
She looked down at me. We were both completely naked in the warm sultry night. Despite the dark, I could see her face was filled with emotion. Unable to stand it anymore, I reached up for her. She came down on me with our torsos coming together and our legs side by side.
She crushed my lips with hers and our passion finally unleashed. All those pent up feelings I had for her for so long finally had their chance to surface. This time it was not someone else I was pretending with. This time, it was really Bette and me. It was us. Finally it was us. Finally.
It was as though we were both starved for each other, burning with desire and want. Both of us were immediately out of control, making noises we never made before, involuntary sounds coming from way down deep, touching on feelings we once shared plus exaggerated by things we had learned along the way. It was reckless abandonment, perhaps fueled by the alcohol we had consumed as well as the weed – but damn, it sure felt good wherever it was coming from

it really worked!!!!!!!!….im first now im going to read it..wooohhoooo
September, I keep a close watch over the story when I can and today I can so thanks a lot for the boost.
YES YES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS. I CAN’T BELIEVE IT finally…. doing a happy dance here. I wonder if bette noticed that sissee always thought about her when she fucked (not made love) to someone else. Great chapter it made me feel all these wonderfull things. I can’t wait to see how there night together goes…well I do know but I can’t wait to read it. I bet that Sissee will talk about how she feels during that emotional love making session that will take hours and hours of slow bonding together again. Amazing work..thank you!!
ps I forgot to say…that was a dangerouse place to make love..I don’t mean to get caught but the fact under that tree before you know it you have a coconut on your head…DANGEROUSE!!
September, Thanks for your enthusiastic response to the chapter. As for wondering if Bette realized that Sissee thought about her when she was intimate with other people, I think it is safe to say that during those times Sissee simply wished it was Bette who was there. And yes, you’re right about the threat of coconuts falling but with them in the throes of passion, do you really think they would have felt a coconut fall on their heads? They would just think it was the power of love hitting them from all directions!
Yahooooo! Sissee and Bette are finally together, getting something something after so many years of yearning and waiting (of Sissee). I need to tell you Sissee (the author/writer), this chapter was again beautifully written with your descriptions re: the rain, the song of Kris K (I really don’t know he is a singer, just know he’s an actor), mixed with B & S’s love-making adventure and intense feelings of one another. Wow, that’s all I can say now. Can’t wait for more adventures on the next chapter.
FINALLY!!!! It was worth the wait. Hate that they got all wet, but they didn’t seem to mind. Hope they can make their way back in so the slow love can continue & continue & continue……. Thanks Sissee!
Sissee, I hate to be as wet a blanket as the one you were on with Bette, but you are/were married at this time, weren’t you? …As Dr. John sang, “Cheaters never win, and a winner don’t never cheat.” …Bette needs a friend and you need/needed to go home to your husband and kids. Thanks
Kerbergin47, I know! I know! I know what you are saying about “finally”. But I am so happy you thought it was, “worth the wait.” You have certainly been loyal to this story and that is very important to me.
Techgal, I guess I have to take the bad with the good. While everyone is happy about Bette and Sissee finally getting back together romantically, you have shown your displeasure because Sissee , the character is married. No one can deny that fact. Yes, that makes her a cheater , just like Bette was a cheater with Candace, just like Tina was cheating on line with Daddy Oh and flirting on the job with subordinates . In fact, pick a character in TLW and all of us would be hard put to find someone chaste amongst them, even though we have loved this show since 2004. And yes, you are right that Bette escaped to go to Maui with a friend but it is what it is. When feelings last as long as theirs have, who can really and truly blame them for acting on it. I can assure you, techgal, they will answer for it and it won’t be easy for them. Meanwhile, thanks for your comment. For some darn reason I like you. Maybe it’s your name.
Bette’s Babe, Thank you for seeing how the words were put down on the page, over and above the content. I appreciate your slant on it. Oh yes, KK is a singer but he was more of a poet in his songs that were very original, rather than well sung. Somehow he got away with that voice because he had so much charisma that still comes through with his acting. As for you looking forward to more adventures, I will keep them coming and hope you keep enjoying them.
BetterwithBette, Thank you very much for your sincere comments. I appreciate that you get it. You get their love story, in spite of their circumstances. It’s very nice to be encouraged.
Wonderfully written, as alwaysEven after all these years, you can feel the love they have for each other.Thank you for sharing your writing with us.
