Both women hugged each other. They broke the hug after a while.

“Let me look at you dear.” Susan looked at Carmen up and down. “Whoa you have grown into a beautiful woman Carmen.”

Carmen blushed at the compliment. “Well Susan you look great too. And you are still as beautiful as before.” Both women laughed.

“Ehem!” They brought their gazes to the voice.

“What?” Both asked at the same time.

“You guys know I do exist don’t you?” Alice tried to sound annoyed.

After a while the living room was erupted into laughter.

Later in the guest room

“Oh Alice where is Dana?” Carmen asked as she dried her hairs with a towel.

“She’ll be back in one hour time. And she’s bringing someone along.” Alice wiggled her eyebrows.

‘Whoa Alice I have just set my feet here three hours ago and you want to hook me up with someone already?” She sat beside Alice on the bed.

“Why not you have been single for a year now so Dane and I thought it’s time for us to hook you up with her best friend cum attorney.”

“Oh Dane huh?” Carmen teased.

Alice blushed.

“Hey you know what I think I better head to the kitchen to help Susan out. You can go down to join us after you finish here.” Alice walked out. Carmen narrowed her eyes. Hmm, she smiled.

“Dana I can’t believe you want to hook me up with Alice’s attorney!” Shane whined in the passenger’s seat.

“Come on Shane you can’t be single forever. I heard she’s beautiful. Now stop pouting like a five year old!” Dana said.

“Fine! Then I do it like a thirty-two year old.” Shane pouted again.

“Oh god!” Dana rolled her eyes.

After a while they broke into laughter.

“Honestly Shane you can’t pout its horrible.” Dana almost had tears for laughing so hard.

“And you can’t roll your eyes it will scare Alice away.” Shane pressed her stomach to stop laughing.

“Very funny man.” Dana said.

“Is she really beautiful?” Shane asked excitedly.

“See I knew you are interested.”

“Come on Dane is she hot?”

“Alice said she is.”

“Good. I may as well tackle her so that I can get first hand info should Alice ask her to amend the contract.” Shane grinned.
