    dana, Alice and Jake day out.

     

    Alice – I’m sorry to be a pain

     

    Dana – don’t worry your not.  For gods sake Al, you have just had like major surgery, I think you are entitled to be a little tired.

     

    Alice – ok, you seem to be getting along with Jake, could it possibly be that you both have the same mental age – she says laughing

     

    Dana – oh funny Al, I guess that’s why I get on so well with you then – she says playfully pats Alices arm.

     

     

    Back at the house, Dana tells Jake to go and change into his swimming shorts, but not to get into the pool until she returns. Dana was going to take Alice to her room, she could have a snooze for an hour. She looked really tired.  Dana lifted Alice out of the chair and put her gently on the bed.  She was about to leave the room when Alice stopped her.

     

    Alice – Dana?

     

    Dana – yeah Al

     

    Alice put her hand out for Dana, Dana knelt down next to the bed so they were face to face and held Alices hand.

     

    Alice – thank you for today, Jake had the time of his life, are you sure you are ok to stay and look after him?

     

    Dana – yeah no problem, I loved today too, it was great, I’m glad he enjoyed himself.  How about you, did you have fun?

     

    Alice – I sure did, just seeing you two happy makes me happy.

     

    With that said Alice leaned forward and places a soft kiss on Danas lips, Dana responds immediately, softly kissing Alice back, Dana leans in towards Alice and places her hand on the small of Alices back, she deepens the kiss, her tongue requesting entry, which was quickly granted, a soft moan escaping Alices mouth.  Dana pulls back slowly and rests her forehead to Alices, kisses Alice on the nose and then stands.  Dana doesn’t want to push things to quickly, even though she wants Alice so badly.

     

    Dana – wiggles her eyebrows at Alice – right missy, sleep. Before I get carried away and Jake comes bursting in.

     

    Alice nods and gets comfortable on the bed, closes her eyes and slowly drifts off to sleep.

    1. I’m melting here!! Could Jake get any cuter?!! I agree with ClosetDana, I just love how he acts around Dana (and she acts around him…getting competitive over an Xbox-game…aww, so cute). Alice seems to recover quite well…although she still has a long way to go. I hope she will regain strength in her leg and she will be able to get out of the wheelchair. Great to see that Dana and Alice are getting well acquainted again. I wonder how ‘hurricane’ Lenore will intervene in Alice’s life. :)

    5. I love this story so much I just hope that alice will make a full recovery and that her and dana will find there way back to each other please post soon can’t wait to see what will happen next and great update

    6. Another great chapter I love that Jake and Dana are getting close very nice interaction between them. The date was sweet, I’m also anxious to see Alice and Dana on a date alone. I also like that Alice got tired, it’s unrealistic to have an abundance of energy after a surgery like that so it’s cool to see a bit of realism. A sweet way to end the chapter with Dana holding Alice. Great job all around! (so does this mean I have to post again to keep up with you?) :)
