“We don’t know he wants to do more tests.” Tina said.

“Does he have any idea what might be causing them?” Alice asked.

“Besides hanging out around you.” Jess said with a grin. Everyone laughed. Alice hit the bill of Jess’s cap.

    “Ha Ha.” Alice said.

“Hey do you guys want something?” Marina asked.

    “A smoothie please.” Jess said.

“The usual for you guys?” She asked Bette and Tina.

    “yeah that’s fine.” Tina said.

“He has no idea what is causing them so for the next couple of days he wants someone to watch her all the time so we can notice if there is a common trigger.” Bette said.

“I still don’t understand why I can’t go to school and to practice.” Jess said placing the sunglasses on top of her cap.

“We’ve been through this sweetie. He said that since you ahead that the added stress my be causing the headaches.” Tina said.

“Besides Lilly isn’t going to let you play anyway.” Alice said.

“So I could still watch.” Jess argued.

“When have you ever been able to just sit and watch?!” Jenny said.

“Okay. I give up.” Jess said. Marina sat the drinks down in front of them.

Tina’s phone rang. She got up from the table.

    “Thanks” Jess said to Marina.

“You are welcome.” She said and sat down next to Jenny.

“So what are you guys going to do? Is Jess going to work with you guys?” Alice asked.

    “Unfortunately.” Jess said.

“Yeah she is going to work with me. Its more practical with Tina’s schedule.” Bette said.

Tina walked back to the table.

“Babe I have to go. There is a crisis at the office. Jess are you coming with me?” Tina said.

“Not so I can sit in your office alone.” Jess said.

“She’s going with me.” Bette said.

“Okay. Bye guys.” She said heading out of the Planet

“We have to go to kiddo. I have a class in an hour.” Bette said.

    2. Jess’s headaches are a little scary. Something is not right here. Hopefully, the doctors are able to pinpoint what is causing them and they are able to bring relief to her. For once the entire family seems to be on the same page. Great chapter.

    3. That’s exactly how a home should be at the end of the day, especially when you’ve spend most of the time with the kids, cleaning and straightening up can always be done. Please let Jess be okay.

    4. i’ve never commented before but i really love your story… i also like jess and i hope that you take care of her… i can see a tumour somewhere in your future for her but it can be fixed… so i’m not too worried… (fingers crossed)

    5. Hey Charmed, What a beautiful family portrait you paint. After all of the hurt and anxiety love has flourished and family ties have been strenghten, Thanks to Jess and her resolve to set things straight. Why do I keep hearing DA DUM DA DUM music (a la Jaws) whenever Jess’s headaches are mentioned. Maybe she is just an angel sent there to make things right for the rest of the family? Maybe there are nothing more than a symptom of her head injury and a reminder of how precious life and love are? I will be here waiting for the next installment of your marvellous melodrama. Please continue soon. Your Loyal Fan.
