“Al?” Bette called out, turning her head towards the closed door and tapping her fingers on the faded wood. “You alright? Need any help?”
“I don’t need help..” Alice’s disembodied voice filtered through the splintered door. She sounded as hoarse and raspy as a middle-aged chain-smoking clown hooker. “I need a fucking miracle.”
“You can have the joint I rolled this morning!” Shane graciously offered. “Weed is good for hangovers!”
To show her gratitude, Alice rewarded her friends with the wonderful sound of her stomach emptying out. “Holy fucking hell,” She groaned a while later, still holed up inside the washroom. “Guys.. I’m not sure.. but I think I just threw up my ovaries.”
“What?”
“I can’t have babies anymore.”
“Do you even know what your ovaries look like?” Bette suppressed a chuckle.
“No.. but if I did, I bet they’ll look pretty much the same as the shit that’s floating in here..”
She sounded deathly serious, but that didn’t stop the trio on the other side of the door from snickering.
“Are you sure?” Bette bit the tip of her thumb, humoring the sick girl. “Maybe it’s just the meatballs we had last night..”
“Maybe. Fuck it, I dunno anymore. I’m looking down at the toilet and I’m not sure where my dinner begins and my breakfast ends.” Alice groaned, her voice gravelly. “Ew, there’re corn bits floating in here too! I don’t even remember eating corn..”
Sam did force Al to take a bite out of her corn muffin earlier, so there’s that. The trio outside tried their darnedest to stifle their giggles. They didn’t have to hide their laughter though, cause after a beat, their mirth quickly turned into disgust at the loud sounds of retching that followed Alice’s groans.
Instead of lighting her cigarette as she had originally planned, Shane dropped the lighter to her lap and plugged her ears with her fingers instead. Her ciggy break could wait. If she heard Alice retch one more time, she’d start vomiting too.
Behind the short-haired brunette, Bette blew out a breath and grimaced at the uncomfortable feeling of heat prickling down her neck. When she agreed to this roadtrip, she’d never thought that part of their sightseeing plans were to visit every single rest stop they’d come across. With the rate they’re going, they’d see more filthy washrooms than topless strippers when this was all over. Hangovers. Sleeplessness. Vomit stops. “Is this going to be a recurring theme for the rest of the trip?”

Your last update was so long ago.I have read JTG from start to finish after it was recommended to me.It has been a most enjoyable read.One of the best FF i have read.I really hope you can find it in you to finish it off.I just can’t imagine what you will have happen on their actual Wedding Day laughs a plenty i would imagine so please post very soon.x

I’ve been waiting for this update like forever! it is the best Thanksgiving gift ever, so thank u ;DEvery time I read ur stories my kids thinks that I’m crazy because I laugh by myself and they wouldn’t guess why, LOL. the male strippers part was hilarious ;D

I hadn’t read this story since the first time it came out and I just have to say that re-reading it from begining to finish was just as enjoyable as I remember! This story is by far one of my favourite stories on this site and in existence.
Although I was a little sad to see that Part 3 of the wedding road trip never made an update. I would love to see this story continued one day. Thank you for your wonderful writing!
