“No fruits, huh? Then I guess you don’t want this..” Bette showed the blonde the bottle of bright red Gatorade they bought.
Fruit Punch.
Alice read the label and recoiled. “No. Not at all.”
“I think we have enough water in the cooler to last us a month. You’d have to make do with that for the meantime. Sorry Al, they ran out of the blue ones.” Bette apologized, silently thanking her lucky stars (and Sam for intervening) that she didn’t pick a fight over it at the convenience store.
“No biggie.” Alice waved a hand, feeling too weak to throw a tantrum. “Oh, almost forgot, thanks Sammy.” She handed the girl back the travel-sized bottle of mouthwash that her friend had given her before she locked herself in the ladies room. It now was empty. “Sorry ’bout that, I owe you a new one.”
“Don’t think about it. We still have a couple more left inside the car.”
“Huh? Why?” Shane chimed in. Who the heck brings more than one bottle of mouthwash to a roadtrip?
Beside them, an arrogant smirk graced Bette’s lips.
Noticing this overt display of smugness, Sam rolled her eyes good-naturedly and made a face at Bette as they walked back to their parked SUV. “5 small bottles of Listerine. They were in Bette’s list.” She explained, answering the unspoken question in Shane and Alice’s eyes.
“And look how handy they turned out to be..” Bette gloated, her usual swagger intensifying by a mile. “Remember that the next time you decide to make fun of my lists, Samantha.”
“Where was the GPS in your list again? Oh, right, it wasn’t there.”
“Shut up.”
Sam grinned triumphantly. She threw an arm around her bestfriend’s shoulder and gave the girl an affectionate squeeze. “Have to hand it to you though, B. Anal-retentive tendencies aside, you do have awesome foresight.”
“Uh-oh..” Shane’s eyes bulged out.
“What?” The other two brunette’s chorused – before a young kid whizzed past them with a carton of hot tacos from the convenience store.
As feared, Alice’s stomach decided it wasn’t empty enough for it’s own liking. Without so much as a warning, the blonde heaved.. retched.. and projectile vomited directly unto an unsuspecting person’s foot.

Your last update was so long ago.I have read JTG from start to finish after it was recommended to me.It has been a most enjoyable read.One of the best FF i have read.I really hope you can find it in you to finish it off.I just can’t imagine what you will have happen on their actual Wedding Day laughs a plenty i would imagine so please post very soon.x

I’ve been waiting for this update like forever! it is the best Thanksgiving gift ever, so thank u ;DEvery time I read ur stories my kids thinks that I’m crazy because I laugh by myself and they wouldn’t guess why, LOL. the male strippers part was hilarious ;D

I hadn’t read this story since the first time it came out and I just have to say that re-reading it from begining to finish was just as enjoyable as I remember! This story is by far one of my favourite stories on this site and in existence.
Although I was a little sad to see that Part 3 of the wedding road trip never made an update. I would love to see this story continued one day. Thank you for your wonderful writing!
