    Match maid in heaven..

     

    The chubby maid hung her head.

     

    “And you too,” Bette continued, pointing at Lauren. “You’re ugly.”

     

    The woman’s lower lip trembled.

     

    “And you-”

     

    “Porter!” Tina screamed indignantly, stopping Bette from going further and insulting another one of her colleagues. All her fellow maids gasped at her audacity. “Don’t be mean..” Tina reproached, hands on her hips, undeterred by the look Bette was giving her.

     

    The only sounds that were heard for the next agonizing seconds were the ominous clicking of Bette’s heels on the marbled floor. As expected, she stopped right in front of the gutsy blonde.

     

    “You trying to tell me what to do?” Bette arched a brow, matching Tina’s gait.

     

    “I am.”

     

    “Pretty brave of you..” The heiress smirked, tapping Tina’s nose with a finger. It was barely noticeable, but there were still light marks from when she nipped it last night.

     

    “Let me just remind you,” Tina smiled, lightly tracing Bette’s black eye with a finger of her own. “I did it once before, and now three years later, I can still kick your ass.”

     

    The other people in the room watched the exchange with drawn breaths, intrigued to see where the verbal sparring of the two lovers-slash-maid and master would go.

     

    Bette grinned, loving every bit of Tina’s boldness. There was always something about their fights that made her feel alive. “Are you threatening me?”

     

    “Like hell I am.”

     

    “Are you sure you want to do that?”

     

    “I’m not afraid of you.”

     

    “I’m sure you’re not.” Bette turned around and walked back to the rack. “But for challenging me, you’re going to have suffer a few consequences. Raoul?” She waved at her stylist.

     

    Knowing what to do, Raoul scourged the rack and took out a special uniform from its hiding place. If it was even possible, it was skimpier than the rest. Wordlessly, he handed it to a smirking Bette. “Your uniform.” The heiress gave it to a bug-eyed Tina.

     

    “Ladies,” Bette clapped, turning her back and walking towards the grand staircase. “The measurements we gave for the new clothes are the ones from your old uniform fittings last year. Now if they don’t fit,” She stopped at the foot of the stairs. “You’re fired.” She grinned. And with that, she went up and left the room.

There are so many examples of your unique humor from Bette’s admission of her love for Tina to Tina’s drooling conversation with Bette concerning her breath. Awesome.
