    Mother and son, reunited at last

    Tina returned the brunette’s gaze and smiled “You’re welcome”

    “Tina I hope you don’t mind me asking this but do they already know about Peter? I mean your mom and Sam?”

    The blonde sighed “I just told mom last night but I haven’t told Sam…”

     

    Silence

     

    Bette wanted to know why but it wasn’t her right to ask Tina about her reason/s of not telling Sam about Peter. Whatever the blonde’s reason/s might be she thought she would respect it and just be thankful for everything that she’d done for her family.

    The blonde sighed “I know it’s not right… I know I should have told Sam about Peter but I didn’t… I don’t know why I did that…crazy isn’t it?” the hazel-eyed beauty said her voice so low almost a whisper

    “Tina sometimes we do things that we don’t understand, even though we know that it’s not the right thing to do, still we do it, we think that it’s okay but it’s not. It’s a human error therefore it’s up to us to correct what we think is wrong, you just need to have the courage to do what is right…" the brunette sighed "…it’s not yet too late Tina…” Bette said while her eyes were admiring the magnificent view of the lake, she turned to the blonde and held her gaze

    “Sam needs to know… she has the right to know”

    Tina gave the brunette a weak smile “I know, but what if she doesn’t understand? What if…” her voice trailed off

    “If she really loves you she’ll understand, just tell her and be honest with her”

    A moment of silence fell between them

    “Baby sis what seems to be the problem?”

    Bette and Tina both looked at Kit who was now walking towards them

    “I was in my friend’s house when I received your call” Kit said still catching her breath from walking

    “Kit there is no problem” Bette replied

    Her brow arched “But your message sounded so urgent a while ago, I thought maybe something bad has happened and why do you want to meet me here in Tina’s house? I’m not saying that I don’t want to be here, of course I want to be here but what I’m trying to say is that my house is just standing three minutes away from here” Kit said almost rambling

    1. Oh phacey what a nice and happy reunion! That meeting between kit and peter was really touching it made me cry and I’m glad that finally Kit and peter found each other. In this chapter Bette seemed more mature than who she was in the beginning of the story and i think Tina is still having problem dealing with relationships. My guess is that this “talk” between her and Sam might be the end of their relationship and I’m crossing my fingers lol!!! Thanks for the great update hun!

    2. Lovely chapter. It’s great that Kit can have her son back in her life now especially now that she has the ability to care for him properly and give him what he needs; all the love she can possibly give him, the education that he needs, the stability that he needs and any material things that he might want since in his short life he has had virtually nothing, not even his own room. I think Tina was right in checking out his story and finding everything was just as he said but I wish that she had brought them together earlier when she first found out the info. They need each other, all of them. Now is the time for Tina to end things with Sam which she never should have started in the first place. Can’t wait.

    5. What a reunion!…here I thought the worse thing would happened[yeah boo me :P].. pero at least Friends na ulit sila.. Cuz it is hard to be friends to your former love… thanks phacey.

    7. Hey phacey, thanks for the update. So glad Peter is finally reunited with his family and that Kit is now in a position to be a great mother and to give him not only love but the material comforts of a good home, a great education, and a sense of belonging. Tina’s nature and her penchant for dishonesty still bothers me. If she didn’t have ulterior motives there would be no reason to keep Peter a secret from her mother or Sam even if she was waiting to confirm his identity before telling Kit. What is she afraid of? Looking forward to the next update.

    13. The tears are overtaking my eyes I cant suppress them. This was amazing, loving, painful, terrifying, emotional, all at once. Im so sad that Bette and Tina didn’t get back together but what’s done is done! Only time will tell now….Please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please finish this story!!!
