    dana, Alice and Jake day out.

     

    Jake – yay dad, get the TV on

     

    Alice – well that’s my cue to escape before the noise deafens me

     

    Dana – you wanna go to the Planet Al for a couple of hours and let these two watch the game.

     

    Alice – yeah that would be good,  Will, when the games done don’t forget we are going to Shane and Carmen’s later, jakes gonna need a bath before we drop him off at Bette and Tina’s.

     

    Will – yeah, yeah Al, games on see you later

     

    Alice – talk to yourself Al

     

    Dana and Alice leave the house and head down to the Planet

     

    Alice – thanks for helping me escape Dane

     

    Dana – my pleasure, I love spending time with you, you know that

     

    Alice – they get a little noisy when the football is on, I’ve even been dragged to watch a couple of matches

     

    Dana – oh my god, Alice going to a game – laughing

     

    Alice – yeah I know scary huh!, truth is I actually quite enjoyed it, don’t tell anyone though

     

    Dana – your secret is safe with me Al

     

     

    They manage to find a parking spot not to far from the café, as Dana pushes Alice into the Planet, Alice sees her reflection in the window

     

    Alice – god I look like shit!

     

    Dana – no you don’t Al, you look beautiful as always

     

    Alice – thank you, so do you hun.

     

    They find a table and kit spots them and comes over to say hi.

     

    Kit – hey my two favorite ladies, good to see you girl, its been to long

     

    Dana – hi kit, wow its busy today

     

    Kit – yeah business is good.  So what brings you both out today. I wasn’t expecting to see anyone today, because of the party tonight

     

    Alice – well the boys have found a channel showing the soccer.  England are playing so we escaped the noise.

     

    Kit – ah men and their games, bless them, what can I get you, on the house

     

    Alice – thank you, tea for me please

    1. I’m melting here!! Could Jake get any cuter?!! I agree with ClosetDana, I just love how he acts around Dana (and she acts around him…getting competitive over an Xbox-game…aww, so cute). Alice seems to recover quite well…although she still has a long way to go. I hope she will regain strength in her leg and she will be able to get out of the wheelchair. Great to see that Dana and Alice are getting well acquainted again. I wonder how ‘hurricane’ Lenore will intervene in Alice’s life. :)

    5. I love this story so much I just hope that alice will make a full recovery and that her and dana will find there way back to each other please post soon can’t wait to see what will happen next and great update

    6. Another great chapter I love that Jake and Dana are getting close very nice interaction between them. The date was sweet, I’m also anxious to see Alice and Dana on a date alone. I also like that Alice got tired, it’s unrealistic to have an abundance of energy after a surgery like that so it’s cool to see a bit of realism. A sweet way to end the chapter with Dana holding Alice. Great job all around! (so does this mean I have to post again to keep up with you?) :)
