Sam offered her drink to Bette – who was more than happy to chug down more than half of its contents.
“Did you see what that Hammerdong guy did when he gave me a lap dance?”
Sam shook her head in the negative. She had a lot going on inside that room to even notice what was happening around her.

Sam’s neck twisted so fast she thought she pinched a vein. “Wait. What?!”
“Tonight, our dear Shane gave her first blowjob.” Bette shared the news, her expression somber. “I won’t propose a toast and ask us to drink to that monumental milestone cause I’m pretty sure she’s chugging down a bottle of mouthwash as we speak. It would be.. impolite.”
“Is that why you went outside?”

“And here I was thinking that you’re here to offer me a consoling shoulder.”

The two shared a quiet laugh, feeling guilty at finding humor in Shane’s misfortune but enjoying it all the same.
“You got bitch slapped by a peen at the Grand Canyon.” Bette elbowed Sam a while later, chuckling to herself.

I hadn’t read this story since the first time it came out and I just have to say that re-reading it from begining to finish was just as enjoyable as I remember! This story is by far one of my favourite stories on this site and in existence.
Although I was a little sad to see that Part 3 of the wedding road trip never made an update. I would love to see this story continued one day. Thank you for your wonderful writing!
