"For how long?"
"Hmm, the first one was like few weeks, the second about 2-3 months." Dana smiled, thinking she had answered all the questions without difficulties.
"Oic" Alice thought a hot doctor like Dana could just easily get any women she wanted as many would volunteered to throw their arms around her. Well, not that she was complaining, but the waitress at the Planet was one example. She decided to dig on those "informal" relationships.
"How about those unofficials one? How many?" Dana looked at Alice with her eyes opened wide. Alice just smiled and gave her the "you must answer" stern look. Dana relented.
"Not even one" Alice looked at her, not convinced.
"Well, my friends tried to hook me with some girls they knew, we did go out but just never worked out."
"You mean you never slept with them?"
"Nope. I would just send them up to the front door. Never followed in, uhmm, except for one." Alice’s opened wide this time. Dana swallowed hard and continued.
"She studied in the same college with me. We meet once at a friend’s party. Hmm, I think that was about 13 years ago. I didn’t know what happened, but one day my friends mentioned to me that she had a crush on me. I brushed it off, but my friends insisted that I asked her out for dinner. Well, I thought since I was single, then one dinner won’t do any harm to me, so I wrote a note to her and asked her out. She agreed" Dana looked at Alice to make sure she was still listening. She cleared her throat.
"Ok, we went out for dinner, talked and laughed until the restaurant closed. I thought she was gorgeous" Dana stopped abruptly and looked at Alice. "Sorry" Dana said knowing Alice’s face darken after the remarks. "Go ahead" Alice tried to smile but failed miserably. Dana make a mental note to pick her words carefully before continued.
"Then, we went to the fun fair in town, I won her a teddy bear" Dana glanced at Alice. She continued.
"After that I went home with her"
"You went into her room?" Alice cut in.
"Yes" Alice opened her mouth but stopped by Dana.
"Let me finish it first ok. If you still have question then I am more than happy to answer it" Alice nodded. Dana exhaled and inhaled before continued.

uhhuh, I thought you have done your hang over research well. There is nothing like it and believe me if you can avoid it, do so. lol. It is nasty, any noise, any light will make your head hurt. Don’t say I did not warn you. As soon as A said that she would tag along back to the hotel, I started to worry that she would discover some papers with D’s last name on it. That was really close. Phew! What a long date it was! And it was not over yet, right? Love the scene at the movie. D was too goofy, laughing but not following the show. The beach scene was also interesting. You are doing a great job with them trying to know each other better. Keep up with your imagination. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
I second what HD said: I am glad you have never had a hangover and you wrote it well. Loving the flirting banter and words of endearment between the two. So glad Alice didn’t see the travel documents. Although I like to think she was looking for the flight date rather than Dane’s last name. Dana was so cute on the shopping/lunch/movie. She was treating Alice very well. It’s amazing how open Dana is being. I hope Alice remembers that when the reveal eventually happens. I also hope the date is not quite over. The ending leads to many possibilities. Thank you so much, uhhuh!! Excellent chapter!!
