"We kissed. She wanted more, but I didn’t have any feelings toward the kiss, so I withdrawed. I had to run out from her house basically" Dana laughed at her last sentence. Alice on the other hand was relief upon hearing this. She kicked herself for obviously being jealous at Dana’s relationship.
"Well, I have told mine, what yours?" Dana asked back. Alice heart almost stopped beating at the moment. Her relationships were very much complicated compared to Dana. She didn’t know if it would scare her away.
"Alice?" Dana asked again, this time more serious.
"Hmm, I aa,"
"How many serious ones?"
"None" Alice dropped her head.
"Unofficial ones, as you named it?" Dana felt her heart beating 10th time faster after asking this questions.
"Eeeeight" Dana’s jaw almost felt from it’s place. She felt so tiny as she was so inexperience compared to Alice. Alice noticed the change in Dana’s demeanor. She held her arm and continued.
"Dane, those were just some flings and one night stands. None of it was serious. Never!" Alice tried to assure Dana. Dana just kept quiet, her mind still digesting the informations given by Alice.
"But I am telling you that I am falling head over heels in love with this someone three weeks ago. I am sure that she’s my first and last serious relationship in my entire life." Dana’s muscles became stiff. Why would Alice’s suddenly mentioned about this? She started to do the calculations in her mind. Something just not right. Was it other people? She stood up and ready to walk away, but stopped by Alice.
"In which that someone is you" Alice said, lowering her head. She didn’t know whether Dana felt the same way. She was ready to run if Dana acted dumb on her confession.
Dana on the other hand was more than delighted on Alice’s remarks. But she needed to clear the confusions in her mind. So, she decided to spill the beans.
"Alice, can I ask something?" Dana put her hand on Alice’s cheek and gently guided her to face Dana. She was shocked at Alice’s teary eyes.
"Alice, why are you crying? Are you still not feeling well because of hangover?"
"Dane, I know you are mad at me, I’m just.."
"Alice, I am not mad at you. What triggered you? Was it something I did?" Dana wiped Alice’s tears.

uhhuh, I thought you have done your hang over research well. There is nothing like it and believe me if you can avoid it, do so. lol. It is nasty, any noise, any light will make your head hurt. Don’t say I did not warn you. As soon as A said that she would tag along back to the hotel, I started to worry that she would discover some papers with D’s last name on it. That was really close. Phew! What a long date it was! And it was not over yet, right? Love the scene at the movie. D was too goofy, laughing but not following the show. The beach scene was also interesting. You are doing a great job with them trying to know each other better. Keep up with your imagination. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
I second what HD said: I am glad you have never had a hangover and you wrote it well. Loving the flirting banter and words of endearment between the two. So glad Alice didn’t see the travel documents. Although I like to think she was looking for the flight date rather than Dane’s last name. Dana was so cute on the shopping/lunch/movie. She was treating Alice very well. It’s amazing how open Dana is being. I hope Alice remembers that when the reveal eventually happens. I also hope the date is not quite over. The ending leads to many possibilities. Thank you so much, uhhuh!! Excellent chapter!!
