    Meant to be together?

    "Alice, I said wait up!"Dana stopped beside her and gripped her arm. Alice was breathing heavily as she was exhausted from running.

    "Don’t touch me!" Alice released her arm from Dana’s grip and started walking down the road.

    "Alice, just listen, please" Dana followed Alice and tried to held her arm.

    "I don’t want to listen anymore, go AWAY!" Alice put her hands to her ears.

    "No, you must listen to me Alice!" Dana gripped Alice’s arm strongly to make her stop. Alice stopped, and within seconds Dana felt heat and pain on her cheek. Alice had slapped her, very hard. She tried to fight the pain aand looked at Alice.

    "Alice, why are you so angry? What have I done wrong?" Dana asked. Alice just looked down, crying softly.Dana moved a step forward to pull her closer. Alice fell into Dana’s embrace, but when she came to her senses, she pulled away.

    "No, you are not going to get me again!" Alice said in an angry tone. Dana was surprised and grabbed Alice’s arm again.

    "I said let go of me!" with this Alice swung her hand and landed hard on Dana’s cheek again.

    "You lie to me,Dane I HATE YOU!" Alice cried these words and turned to run away. Dana felt another heat and pain on her cheek, her eyes started to fill with tears. Not because of the pain from Alice’s hand, but it was from the pain in her heart. She looked at Alice who was far away from her now. She felt exhausted and defeated from the fight and walked back to her hotel room.

    The Night At Milk

    William had called Bette to asked about her daughther. He didn’t gave her much details, just told her that she and Dana had a fight and he was worry about her. He tried to call her several times and went to her house but Alice was not there.

    Upon hearing this, Bette, Tina, Shane and Carmen went out to look for Alice. They knew that Alice would hang out at Milk whenever she needed to chill out.They made their way inside Milk and looked around for their target. They saw Alice sitting at the bar counter, downing one shot of tequilla.They looked at each other and walked up to Alice.

    1. Why the question mark after “Meant to be together”? Of course they are!!! and to eternity. lol. Thank you the gang’s wisdom. Nice touch with the inscription on the watch. Now A must go make nice to D. I hope it would not be too late that D had given up therefore packed up and left. It was a small set back even though she was slapped twice. btw, that was pretty harsh. I hope D would have stopped crying when A got to her hotel. A did not want a “cubby, clumsy and always crying girly girl.” Then again, that was 20 years ago, D had become a wonderful & caring person. So A could easily erase that childhood image. Please, happy Danish?! lots and lots!!! Thank you very much, uhhuh. This is another great update.

    3. What a great chapter!! So emotional… That was a pretty good plan on Alice’s part to get both her father and Dana at the restaurant. I thought Dana might have a chance when she chased Alice out of the restaurant, but, Alice was obviously not ready to listen. I am glad William had the sense to call Bette and that the friends found Alice before anything bad could happen. Thank goodness for them to have talked Alice back down and found the inscription on the watch. 30 shots leftover? Hee! I am so looking forward to the next chapter. Thanks so much, uhhuh!!
