“I think you did it again.” Tina whispers.
“Yeah? Well, one more round tomorrow, then I can relax for a week.” Bette says and leans in for another kiss. “Love you, see you in a bit.” Bette says and walks away towards the club house. She had to sign the scorecard. There was no ceremony today. That was tomorrow after the last round. She didn’t need to wait for the rest of the players to come in. So she went and found Tina and Sarah.
“Hi.” Bette says as they walk up to her.
“Hi, baby.” Tina says and leans in for a kiss.
Sarah smiles at the two of them. Just then her cell phone rings.
“Excuse me.” Sarah says and walks off to the side.
She checks the caller ID. It’s Chris.
“Hi Chris.” Sarah says. “What’s up?” She asks.
“Mom told me that you saw Tina.” Chris asks softly.
“Yeah, I’m here with her now.” Sarah says.
“How did you find her?” He asks.
“She’s here in
“Chris? Are you there?” Sarah asks.
“Yeah, I’m here How is she?” He asks.
“She’s great. She’s happy, she have a great job.” Sarah says. “She has changed though, a lot.” Sarah says.
“How changed?” He asks.
“She’s more of a woman, her hair is long, her clothes are different, she’s wearing makeup. There is a glow about her. She’s beautiful.” Sarah says and looks over at her sister who has her hands around Bette’s waist. They’re smiling and talking and kissing. Sarah smiles at the sight.
“Has she asked about me?” He asks.
“Yes, she has. I told her about Lauren and Jason. She was a little hurt by that.” Sarah says.
“Yeah, I don’t blame her. I’ve been stupid.” Chris says.
“Do you want to talk to her?” Sarah asks.
“No, not over the phone.” He replies.
“I can asks her if she wants to see you, then we can maybe come over later?” Sarah suggests.
“That would work out.” Chris says. “Tell her I’ve missed her.” He says before he says goodbye and hangs up.
Sarah thinks for a second and then walks back over to Tina and Bette.
“That was Chris.” Sarah says and looks at Tina for her reaction.

ok the brother is also ready to meet with her… another great chapter… now i have a feeling mom will come into the picture and want to get to know her daughter again and i hope she does… so please continue

Another great chapter. I really hope Tina’ll meet her brother and soon her mother. But about her fathier, actually it seems impossible to imagine it. And Bette is really the best. I love this B&T. Thank you

Nice I love the golf it would be fun to hear Bette’s thoughts as she plays her rounds. Tina getting with her family is so heartwarming thanks for beinging us the first stage now maybe she will get with her brother.

Great posts, sorry, couldn’t break after ch. 28, to comment. But, just loving that Tina and her siblings seem to be connecting again. I just love when family reunions are positive and happy, especially after such a long period of no communication. Keeping my fingers crossed for the older generation, as well.

Great chapter, it is good to see Tina and Sarah reconnecting. Was that a little twing of jealousy that Tina had when Bette was talking to the student. I would love to see how Tina handles other women being attracted to Bette. I am sure that Bette will have to face the little green eyed monster if she ever hangs out at any of the clubs with Tina and her friends.
I still miss “In Sickness and In Health”. Will we ever see it again?
