”It’s not closed,” she sounded a bit peeved.
I nodded and opened the door, debating how hard I should shut it. I don’t know how long I had been sitting there before Ashley reached over, took a hold of the door, and slammed it shut for me.
”I’m not going to kick you in the balls.”
She shifted the car into gear and we pulled out of the parking spot. I buckled my seat belt, being a little more careless. It took awhile for me to relax but I eventually did and I began to enjoy the car ride. I tensed up again when we pulled into the driveway of a large mansion. I wasn’t surprised because I’d heard enough stories about her to know that she lived in such a huge house.
She quickly put the car into park, turned the car off, unbuckled her seatbelt, and got out of the car. I slowly and carefully unbuckled my seatbelt, easing it back up instead of just letting it fly. I nearly screamed when my door suddenly opened. She quirked her eyebrow and motioned with her head for me to get out. I bit my lip and nodded to myself, getting out of the car and moving out of the way so she could shut the door. I followed her to the door and then into the house. I looked around as she locked the door but then had to follow her upstairs and into her room.
She pointed to the sofa, “Sit.” She doesn’t stop to make sure I do, she just walks around the corner and disappears from sight.
I glance at the door but move to the sofa and sit down at the very end. I glanced around the room and saw that she had two televisions, lots of video games and DVDs, guitars, and a more or less normal room. Definitely not what I had expected.
Ashley walked back into view but she was now wearing pajamas. I expected her to wear something really skimpy but she was actually wearing long, loose pants and a spaghetti-strap top that matched. Her make up was gone and her hair was up in a sloppy bun. She didn’t say anything as she walked around the sofa and plopped down at the other end of the couch. She leaned over and grabbed the remote off the coffee table and turned the TV on.
