The King High Killer – (Chapter: Chapter 10, Ten Little Indians)
“How is your aunt? With all the craziness I never get to see her much.”
“Fine.” Spencer shrugged, hating these exchanges with hospital personnel.
“Do tell her I said hello, and your father and Glen too. Ask Marie to call me so we can go out to lunch and catch up. I miss my hospital gossip.” She said with a bigger smile and a small chuckle that got Spencer to grin. But Ashley was watching the blonde very closely, knowing that she was probably having a hard time speaking about her mother.
“There’s always hospital gossip.” Dottie continued as she checked Carmen’s stats. “Grey’s Anatomy doesn’t know the half of it! Cannonading doctors, floozy nurses, missing drugs, overworked staff…I could go on for hours.” Spencer laughed along politely before they said goodbye and went in search for Lily.
They found her pacing the waiting area, hands threading through her hair looking extremely distraught.
“What proof do you have?” She asked, turning on the girls and looking somewhere between angry and panicked.
“Let’s have a seat.” Spencer said, trying to calm the girl down further.
“No! Just tell me!” Lily shouted, getting a few looks from others in the vicinity.
“Let’s go somewhere a little quieter, huh?” Ashley mumbled. Lily narrowed her eyes at the pair before she turned on her heel and stalked off towards an abandoned hallway. She leaned up against a metal railing outside the emergency room doors, hands ringing the metal behind her making her knuckles white, as she took deep breathes as she stared at the ground.
Spencer and Ashley stood across from her, watching Lily try to calm herself, and waited.
“Friday night at Erin Klienschmidt’s costume party, Carmen told Ashley and I that Jonica wasn’t at school that day. I also found out Sherry wasn’t there either. Not only that, she hadn’t returned any of Madison’s phone calls or texts, which is really unusual for Sherry.” Spencer started, keeping her voice soft and even. “On a hunch, Ash and I looked into who else was absent from school that day. We came up with two other names that fit a pattern Ashley and I believe the Killer is following.” At this, Lily’s head snapped up with a puzzled expression on her face.

Aww you can’t just leave it there…please PMS!!
dun dun dun! another fantatic chap stix! I was hoping ash and spence would’ve used their closet time to really express what they feel for each other but hey it worked out anyway, at least they didn’t really get mad at each other in this chap. I loved the way spence was so concerned when ash told her about almost being hit by the car, that was so great. and are you serious? you’re almost done with this?? =( ahh well it’s definitely worth all the suspense and angst! excellent job, can’t wait to find out what they just found out in the files aobut their parents. pms please!!
mmmm. thts all i can say. amazing. theres so much stuff going hand in hand. i personally think the killer is christine and the protege is paula. guess i’ll have to find out. and u being a naughty girl ;) shame shame. lol PMS!!
I LOVE this story! I cannot wait until the next update! PMS!!!
That was an awesome update. I want to know what happened to their parents that would cause a reaction like that. Its just wow. I bet they will figure out who the killers are. I missed this story I am glad you updated. Spence is so going to come out to Ash because you just can’t leave feelings like that hidden forever. Well her mouth may not speak them but her hands are eager to show. Haha. Well I hope everything is going good with you and I hope you post soon. -jess
brat!! if paula and raife didn’t die in a car accident i’m going to be very upset and i’m also still convinced that paula and raife are the killers. and i haven’t ruled out arthur yet…hmmm…oh and whatever happened to the girl that was trapped and restrained by the killer a few chapters back…perhaps that’s christine and that’s how they got into ashley’s house…oh yes, my wheels are spinning and you can’t convince me otherwise. ughhh i don’t know what to make of everything, i need to re-read the story in it’s entirety and take notes. but it was a splendid update that i thoroughly enjoyed reading and i think that you should write the rest of it right now. ha, isn’t it great that i have my username back? i bet you just missed all of my demands and unreal expectations. i sure missed emmmm :-)
