Bette was enjoying teasing Tina. What they had always had in the good times was the ability to gently tease one another. Bette thought that Tina was the first person who had ever teased her and she had liked it.
Bette lead Tina away from Danny and they went into the living room.
“We’ll hear him if he cries “ Bette accurately knew what Tina was worrying about.
Tina sat down and when Bette joined her she lay down with her head in Tina’s lap.
“It won’t be long before we can feel our second and third babies “
“I know – that will be so special “
“Tina “
“Yeah “
Bette glanced up
“You know he is your son as much as he’s mine “
Bette had picked up the odd time when Tina had looked to her for permission to do something like pick Danny up or change him.
Tina smiled
“You always could read when I was trying to keep something from you”
“ Yeah because it happens so infrequently – talk to me sweetie “
“He’s your son “
“He is our son “
“I do love him you know that right ? I am so happy when I am with both of you and I know that I will always love and protect him “
“But ? “
“I have no rights over him “
“When we move to England you know they have civil partnerships that would make our relationship the same and we would have rights to each other’s children. Until then. You know that I have changed my will in your favour so you get him and while I was in the hospital I filled in all the papers to have you start to adopt him. “
“I didn’t know “
“I was going to tell you “
“I will change my will so you get everything “
“Okay – but nothing is going to happen – just relax Tina. We are his parents – that is your son in that crib and I know that you would protect him from dragons like I would “

That little hiatus has done you good. This chapter was excellent. I like this Bette. She knows what she needs from Tina to nourish her body and soul. It is far better to have Daniel in his crib so they can find time to reconnect physically and spiritually w/each other.

When a baby gets use to sleeping with you.its a hard thing to break. Tina is so in love with Danny,that is so easy to do.You fall in love at first sight.and stay that way until you are no longer on this earth. Thamks so much for two. and Cong on 200.Enjoed each one of them thanks

Daniel in his own crib is a good start to getting their family back together. So Tina is having twins and hopefully not Henry’s child. They do make a beaufiful couple and their kids are going to break a number of hearts.
I am suddenly reminded of “Lady and the Tramp” when Lady wanted to sleep in the bed. Jim Dear finally gave in and said, “But just for tonight.” Cut to Lady no longer being a puppy. lol

Congratulations on #200 AllyE and I’ve loved every one of them. This chapter was so sweet and endearing with them showing their love for each other even with the little blips they encounter. Bette was right though abouthim sleeping in his own bed. When little ones get used to sleeping with you it is almost impossible to get them to stay in their beds alone. When you have them in bed with you they will never stay in the spot you put them in, they will roll right up against you, that why some unfortunate things happens to babies in bed with adults. It is best to leave them in their own beds. Great chapter.

First of all I want to say Congrats on your 200th post. Just as I think you have outdone yourself, you write a chapter like this one. If the next few are like this one then you are going to turn me into a big old cry baby. Just want to add one more thing—Ally it’s not nice to laugh and an old lady when she cries. But even though you do I still consider you my best friend honey.
