The L Word: Tina Kennard’s lost background

    “No…I’m going back…”

    “You’re nuts…she’s nuts…Shane! Help me out…!” Alice cried in desperation…

“Bette…we can’t go back…You heard her, she’s going to be fine…she’s strong and the book is with her…Think about Angie!”

“I’m thinking about Angelica…I’m thinking about her all the time. And I can’t stop thinking what I’m supposed to tell her one day, when she ask me about her mother…how I’m going to tell her I left her there alone…alone Alice! She needs me…I’m the other half of the medallion…Victoria tell them…” Bette was pleading.

“Bette’s right! Let her go…” Victoria said closing her eyes again.

“You see! Please stop the car Shane! Stop the car!” Bette yelled from the back seat.

Shane slams the brakes, causing Alice to suppress herself not to hit her head in the front window. Bette released herself under Victoria’s head and gently let her down on the seat, she kissed her forehead, whispering “thank you’ and jumped of the car.

“Bette! Bette waits up…” Alice hollers after her…”take this…” she hands her a little charm…”It’s for luck…you know just in case…” Bette smiled and hugged her friend…”I love you, take care of…?’ Bette said and starts running back.

“God…she’s crazy…” Alice chuckled and jumped back in the car.

“Why you let her go…there’s a big possibility for both to not comeback…” Alice yelled to Victoria. Victoria was in pain, not paying attention at Alice’s yelling she just lifts her head a little staring at her.

“This is her destiny…there’s no beginning without an end…” Victoria was rambling something, and Alice just shook her head.

“We have to get her at the hospital…she’s burning…” Tasha announced touching Victoria’s forehead.

“No…you don’t understand…” Victoria repeats with shaking voice…” Bette…she has to find the way back…”

“Yeah…yeah…we know that already…she knows where to go…the problem is how she’s going to convince Tina to run with her…” Alice said in return.

“You don’t understand…you just don’t understand…” Victoria was repeating over and over again.

“Guys, we have to hurry up…she’s bad, really bad.” Tasha said and Shane speed down the road.

Tina was standing in front of the big panoramic window in her room. She was admiring the incredible view outside. During the summer the woods were having a magical beauty, and the window was looking right to the big lake behind the road. For a moment she had forgot why and how she ends there…and remembered the old, happy times with her sister and friends playing around the house. Then the reality hits her, she took deep breath and opened the old drawer. She pulled out a sword once belong to her father. It was probable the same sword he had killed her real father. Tina chuckled to herself…her real father? What real could’ve been in situation like this? Can it be reality? She slides her fingers along the edge, feeling the cold steel under her touch.
