    Shane’s second thoughts, Sloan and the Inqusition. Some gets a chance to talk.

    Carmen leant up against the door way of the computer room, “hey I’m going to the planet to meet the girls and grab something to eat. Want to come”.

    Sloan: (lost in the computer) huh, what was that?

    Carmen: (shaking her head and smiling) eat, you know food.

    Sloan: yeah, I’ll go

     

                On the way to the planet, Sloan was driving. She was quiet.

    Carmen: Earth to Sloan

                 Sloan was in a daze, listening to Dave Matthews’s band. Carmen just looked at her.

    Carmen: what’s the matter?

    Sloan: nothing, this is a great song

    Carmen: no, I mean I know it is a great song. But you haven’t said two words to me.

    Sloan: (glanced at Carmen, smiles and winks) nothing, trust me it’s nothing

    Carmen: be ready for the inquisition

    Sloan: why?              

    Carmen: you’ll see

     

     

              They pull up to the planet, the blue 350z with the 24 inch chrome rims. She hands the keys to the valet.

     

    Sloan: be easy with her, see this girl right here. She will be the future owner.

    Valet: I won’t scratch her, but this is a bad ass car.

     

                 Carmen walked up to the table first.

    Carmen: good morning everyone one

    Kit: hey, so what did you think of our club

    Carmen: It was great

    Alice: by yourself today

    Carmen: no

    Sloan: hey

    Bette: hey

    Kit: are you guys ready to order?

     

               Everyone asks kit for the usual

    Kit: Sloan you are new so the first one is on the house.

    Sloan: well I appreciate it kit

     

               Sloan noticed Helena

    Carmen: Helena I want you to meet my roommate

    Helena: hi nice to meet you

    Carmen: oh, hey can I talk to you in your office

    Helena: yea, come on

    Back at the table

    Bette: so Sloan how did you and Carmen meet?

             Sloan she had a feeling it was coming, Carmen warned her about the inquisition

    Tina: what’s the deal with you and Carmen?

    Sloan: roommates

    Alice: just roommates

    Sloan: yeah

    Bette: did she tell you anything?

     

               Sloan looked confused. What was Carmen suppose to tell her?

    Sloan: about

    Bette: her and Shane

    Sloan: not in so many details, no

    1. I can totally picture Jenny reacting that way to Carmen being at the Planet – whiny and annoying. So is Carmen trying to make Sloan jealous by having Shane call her? What’s going on in Carmen’s head? (I noticed she’s scratching her lip) Hmm.
