    The one where Angie discovers snow

    Bette was crying now – Tina held her as close as she could. It was good for Bette to let her pain out like this because Tina was there to hold her and comfort her.

    “Its okay – that’s all over now honey “

    “I thought I had lost everything – losing you was the worst thing that has ever happened to me “

    “And you coming back is the best thing that has happened to Angie and I”

    Tina reassured

    Bette looked at the blonde. So many times in the past few years he had tried to work out why Tina was different – -why she couldn’t love another woman the way she loved this soft spoken, blonde from North Carolina. In the end she had given up and just decided it was just what it was – Tina was her soul mate. That was why she loved her as deeply and why no one else could come close to be anything other than a poor replacement for her.

    “I am going to take good care of you “

    “I know that – you do now and you will forever “

    Tina kissed Bette and for a few minutes they shared soft kisses. Finally Tina eased away and stroked Bette’s face

    “Why don’t we turn the tables on Angie for once –lets share a shower then we can wake her up so she can enjoy the snow”

    Bette smiled as Tina rubbed away her tears and kissed her lovingly

    “That’s a great idea “

    “It will be revenge for all the times she’s woken us up “

    Tina pulled Bette closer for a hug “Its okay Bette – I promise you its okay”

    Tina pushed open Angie’s door and looked inside. The room was dark and she could clearly see the little girl lying on her side clutching her teddy bear as she slept. Taking Bette by the hand she crept inside.

    “Open the curtains “ Tina told Bette who nodded and moved across the room.

    “Angie – wake up sweetheart “ Tina sat on the bed and shook Angie as Bette opened the blinds to reveal the snow falling. Angie grunted and rolled over

    “Rise and shine Angelica Kennard “ Tina repeated

    4. That wonderful that Bette is going with Tina, I was hoping she would when Tina first said she had to go to LA. I’m still very surprised that Kit has turned her back on Bette and for what reason. Bette didn’t do anything to harm her when she was there for the wedding, unless helena has said something to Kit. At any rate as Bette said, they can all go to hell. She has her family and that is all that is important. One thing I think they should do is tell Angie that Bette is her mother before they go to LA or someone, (Alice), might do it for them. Thanks for posting one of my very favorite stories.
