Bette was engaged in a lively discussion with the couple, but she could sense Tina’s presence somewhere close by. “Excuse me for just a moment.” Bette slowly turned and saw Tina just outside the doorway looking right at her. Her best Ipana smile spread across her face, her dark eyes glistened with adoration. After all these months, her body could still sense Tina’s presence before their eyes meet and the mere sight of her lover across the room still caused her heart to skip a beat.
Bette returned to the conversation with the couple and within a few moments was saying goodbye and walked them to the door and watched them walk down South Street. She then leaned against the door frame and crossed her arms. “Is there anything I can do to help you, beautiful lady?”
Tina in one slow slither was up close to Bette. She was aware of the patrol car outside, so seductively whispered, “Let’s go inside.”
“Let’s.” Bette locked the door and put the ‘Be right back’ sign up.
They walked back to Bette’s office and closed the door. Tina put her hand to Bette’s cheek and looked lovingly into those dark brown eyes.
“Do you remember the first time I walked in here?”
“How could I forget? I took one look at you and somehow knew my world was about to change forever.”
Tina stepped in closer to Bette. She ran her finger along Bette’s cheek and over her lips; her eyes following its trail.
“How do you do that?” Bette asked.
“Do what, baby?” Tina purred.
“Every time you touch me a shiver runs down my spine but magically turns molten hot and ends up right here…” Bette took hold of Tina’s hand and placed it between her legs. “Feel what you do to me?”
The heat of Bette on her hand made Tina’s mind spin with desire and her pulse race with want. Fortunately, common sense broke in.
“Baby, as tempting as it is to make love with you right here, right now….let’s go eat at Tang’s, then head home and have our way with each other without interruption.”
“Ummm…umm…yes….okay…” Bette mumbled as she kissed Tina’s neck. Bette’s lips on her skin, each small gust of warm breath causing goose bumps was threatening Tina’s resolve to leave.

Hey Rene! Your writing is exquisite and the story is soooo good! I love the many layers and how the “Fates” have brought Bette and Tina together; and now they have given Sam and Ann a second chance. It sounds like they are going to do it right this time around. Love that Ann is going to “heal” the wounds she left on Tina. Once Ann hears about Tina’s problems with John she and Sam will want to help…and hopefully they will be able to. I can’t wait to see what kind of “getaway” trip The Fates have planned for B&T once the trial is over. I love your writing Rene!!! More please!!

Glad that you are back. I wish my mom was like Tina’s mom. Heck she does not even have to be with another woman, just chill out some. Bette and Tina are always special to me and the way that you put their love into words is breath taking.

After all of the drama of the court case and John’s reappearance it was sweet to have some time for Bette and Tina just to be together enjoying the benefits of their relationship. The flip to Tina’s mum’s world was interesting and will certainly open up several new story threads. But where is the Judge? Has he been gotten to? Wjen will John make his next move? Is Simon everything we hope or a cunning plant? Only your talent and skills will bring this all together. Thank you for the heat and passion, expertly portrayed, between our love birds. Great to see that their desire is still ramped to high and in no danger of being quenched. More please, Your Loyal Fan.
