    and Tina held Bette just a little tighter, as if she were holding on for dear life.

    “Get the ***** out of here! Susan did a smack down on Candace?” Alice nearly screamed when Tina told her what happened.

     

    “Yep, and it was a sight to behold, Al.”  Tina smiled.

     

    “Wait a minute.wait a minute.  You’re telling me that Susan,” nodding her head in the direction of the counter, “called you, let you know what was happening and set this up?”  Alice was really confused now.

     

    “Yes, Al, she did.  Bette couldn’t believe it either.”

     

    “Wow.”  Alice sat back in her seat dumbfounded, but not completely dumbfounded.

     

    “Bette wasn’t thrilled about the idea that I had to keep it from her, but I had the pleasure of doing what I wanted to do for a long time.” Tina said with a grin.

     

    “Yeah, Al, she *****-slapped Candace Jewel!”  Shane said while slapping her hand down on the table.

     

    “***** that!  I missed that?  Jeez, Tina, you could’ve let me know.”

     

    “Yeah, right, Al.  Like you wouldn’t have ‘slipped’ and said something.” Shane eyeballed her.

     

    “Hey, I can keep a secret.”

     

    “ALICE!!!” Everyone exclaimed and laughed.

     

    “Eh, ***** all of ya.”  Alice said, but she laughed, too.

    When everyone yelled ‘Alice‘ Susan looked up and over to the girls’ table.  She figured Tina would be telling them about what happened with Candace.  And if anyone would have an out loud opinion about it, it would be Alice.

     

    Susan knew Al was snooping, but she also knew there was no way she would find out anything more about her other than the landscaping business.

    She may find something out about Helena but even that is going to take some digging.  By the time Alice does find out, this whole scene will be over, and Susan would be on her way back to Jersey.

     

    When she checked in with Helena, she was told to step it up and let’s move it along.  Susan knew from that, that Helena must have spoken to Candace and found out she was history.  Oh, how Susan would loved to have seen Helena‘s face when Candace told her.

      An absolute shocker.

      All this drama is leaping off the screen and making a little movie in my head. As for the cliff hanger, thank you for torturing me a little longer. These events have kept me right on the edge of my seat. The deception is only now starting to make some sense however I am fascinated as to where you will lead next.

      This mystery is captivating and mesmerizing. I am completely enthralled by your wonderful writing. The pace has just ramped up several notches and like the runaway train is only just managing to stay on the rails

      Please continue real soon as I’m not sure my heart can take the waiting to long.

    6. RC…damn what the hell is happening? I’m with Barrie…Is Susan a schizo? Is the other woman really Susan’s own reflection? Why did Tina say she was going to visit with Kit and just leave the baby instead? All questions and many more. Damn so much DRAMA..love it! Thanks for the chapter RC.

    14. Who is the woman outside The Planet? Is Susan a schizo? If Tina went to spend time with Kit, why wasn’t she there when Bette called? Why did she leave the baby with Kit? Good Lord, all ‘Hell’ has broken lose and all I have are questions! I hope your next chapter clears it all up and I also hope that the woman in the window is an ally to BnT…or Peggy!

    19. i’m on the edge of my seat, all work is forgotten…who’s another woman, is she good or bed? i know hellno can’t win but she can give a scare, i don’t want anythign happening to the girls, great suspense, can’t wait for more
