Life with Mom and Tina Ch 68

“Okay. I have to respect that. I will tell them.” He said.

“And I will go see the shrink.” Jess said.

“Good. I hope that Meditation will help you work through the headaches.” He said. He hit the intercom and asked the nurse to bring in Bette and Tina.

They came in and he told everything he and Jess agreed to. They were ecstatic. He told them that it was time to try something different and that Jess was going to she Julia.

Bette dropped Jess off at practice ready to play. She walked on the field and all went silent. Nobody had seen or heard from Jess in a week, and as per Jess’s instructions they weren’t told anything by Lilly.

Laurie couldn’t see Jess until she turned to see why everyone went quiet and why Vicky had stood up and taking her helmet off. She saw Jess and dropped her glove and the ball. She ran over to her and hugged her. Tears filled her eyes.

“Don’t you ever do that again.” Laurie said. She kissed Jess.

“I won’t, but you are breaking your own rules.” Jess said smiling.

“I don’t care anymore.” Laurie said, and kissed Jess again.

“Okay That’s it for today.” Lilly yelled. She knew that she would never get them back to practicing now.

Lilly walked over to Bette. The team rushed Jess at one time. Laurie moved to Jess’s side to let them all hug her but she never let Jess’s hand go.

    Later

“Mom I am going to go with Laurie is that okay?” Jess asked Bette who was watching Ian jump on his horse that Julie had given him on her last visit.

“Yes sweetie that’s okay.” Bette said.

“Is it all right if I spend the night with her at her house before She has to go away for Thanksgiving?” Jess asked. Bette looked at her and then at Laurie. She hesitated to say Yes but she knew that Jess really wanted to.

“I guess its okay.” Bette said. Jess got an immediate grin on her face.

“Thanks Mom.” Jess kissed Bette and then quickly left with Laurie before she could change her mind. Bette smiled as she watched her little girl run off.

    1. Maybe its me, but what exactly is wrong with Jess besides the headaches. And why aren’t we telling Bette and Tina. Cutting school to fool around, works for me.

    2. Bette and Tina need to know that Jesse may be in more trouble than she is letting on. I hope that the mediation thingy works for her. Maybe Laurie can get Jess to open up to her moms. Can’t wait for the next chapter.

    3. Charmed, Jess needs to tell her mothers the whole truth and let them support her through this tough time. Laurie is there but your family deserves the truth and opportunity to be there. At least it seems to be non fatal so with a bit of luck maybe these migraine will dissipate over time. Everything is finally coming together so trust fate to throw a spanner into the works now. Please continue soon. Thank you for your productive authoring. Your Loyal Fan.
