The Gallery

People were standing around talking about the various pieces of art work. Bette was talking to the artist and a major art collector. Tina stood with Alice, Lilly, Shane, and Dana. She loved to watch Bette work.

“Did you guys hear about Jill?” Alice said.

“Come on Al. Lets not spread those rumors.” Shane said. Dana laughed.

“What?” Alice said.

“My little gossip queen.” Lilly said kissing Alice’s hand.

“Tina are you guys going to the Planet party next week?” Dana asked.

“No we are taking the kids and going to the ranch for the week.” Tina said.

“What you are going to miss the party?” Alice said.

“Yes. We decided that we needed to spend time together as a family. Jess is growing up fast, and before too long she won’t want to spend time with us at all.” Tina said.

“That’s right I heard the girls talking about her first date on Saturday.” Lilly said.

“What who is going on their first date?” Alice said interrupting her side conversation with Dana.

“Jess.” Tina said.

“How could you guys let her reach this milestone and not tell me.” Alice said. “Now I want to know details.”

“Well Al we haven’t seen you but once this week.” Tina said.

“Okay now for the details.” Alice said.

House

Jess walked in with Ian walking in front of her. Teddy was playing with a train on the floor in the living room.

“So are you going to tell me what you had planned for tonight or not.” Jess said.

“Yes I wanted to talk to you about.” Prue said.

“Not about boys and sex please I have had enough of that to last me awhile.” Jess interrupted her.

“No not unless you want to talk about that.” Prue said.

“No that is all right.” Jess said sitting on the other end of the couch.

“Okay.” Prue said. Ian reached for Jess to pick him up on the couch.

“Then what do you want to talk about?” Jess asked lifting him into her lap.

“I just wanted to catch up with you its been awhile since we have had time to talk.”
