    Bette laughs. "I knew it! I knew it!"

    Tina smiled knowing that Bette had figured out that she had no intention to ‘sleep’ with Bette. So, Bette made her way back to the bathroom, and put on her ‘new’ clothes. When she came out, our hero saw the sexy blonde is already in bed. Bette clears her throat to grab Tina’s attention.

    "So, what now?" Bette asked with a sigh of relief.

    Tina turned to look at Bette. "Get in bed, maybe?"

    "You don’t mind?"

    "No."

    "You’re not afraid?"

    Tina smiled. "I have a black belt, Bette."

    "Oh." Bette laughs nervously.

    "Just get in the bed, Bette!" Tina demanded.

    "Yes, ma’am!" Bette hops into bed. "I like it when you take control." Bette teased. "So, do I get a good night kiss, at least?" Bette .

    "When there are two moons."

    Bette shrugged. "Eh. I tried." Tina laughs at Bette’s comment.

    They slept peacefully in their respective sides, very careful not to invade the other’s boundary. It’s the first for both of them to share a bed with somebody else, and not partake in any physical activities. That’s until Bette starts to stir in the middle of night, and somehow her arm found its way to engulfed TIna’s stomach.

    Tina half asleep, eyes still shut, asked Bette. "What are you doing?"

    "Huh?" Bette in a daze and still not realizing, that she has her arm wrapped around Tina’s body.

    Tina grabs Bette hand and lifts it high above them. "This. You were holding me."

    "Oh. Sorry. I didn’t mean it, Tina." Bette stated. Then turns her back to Tina. Now, they were back to back. All our hero wants to do is go back to sleep, but Bette hears shuffling on Tina’s side, and before she knows it, Tina has her arm around Bette’s waist.

    Bette smiles at Tina’s touch. "Now, what are you doing, Tina?"

    "Holding you." Tina gets closer, pressing herself on Bette’s back.

    "Why?"

    "It’s only fair. You held me. Now, it’s my turn."

    "I’m too tired to get into a battle of words with you, Tina."

    "Good, because I’m too tired to defeat you, again." Tina kindly stated.

    6. Tina definitely found a way to capture Bette’s attention. Jenny’s comment about her nightmare was hysterical. I love Tina’s standoffish nature with Bette – it so makes her try that much harder. I’m looking forward to more flirtation and the next approach by Bette. Has Tina’s trust grown given that Bette respected her boundaries to only sleep? Hope you post again soon.

    12. just read all 3 chapters… i had a feeling tina was just going to SLEEP… and believe me i am glad she did that… i think this is what bette needs… to first get to know someone… and not just jump into bed with them… i have a feeling she will let that wall be broken down… loving this story… PPS
