Bette: “Thanks, James.”
James closes the door shut and turns, bumping into Tina, “Tina!”
Tina: “Hey, James, is Bette in there?”
James: “Uh…yeah…go on in.”
Tina slides the door open and walks in, “Hey babe.”
Bette: “Hey… you’re early.”
Tina: “Yeah, I just couldn’t wait to see you.”
Bette walks around her desk and kisses Tina, nibbling on her bottom lip thengliding her tongue across them. She leans to whisper in Tina’s ear, “I’m glad you’re here, I’ve thought about you all day.”
Tina: “You have?”
Bette: “Uh huh.”
Tina: “All Day?”
Bette nodding, “All day……”
Tina pulls back from their embrace and looks questioningly at Bette, “So what are you supposed to tell me?”
Bette looks confused, “What are you talking about?”
Tina: “I thought I heard James ask when you were going to tell me something.”
Bette: “Oh….you heard….umm…..are you ready to go?”
Tina: “Don’t change the subject, Bette Porter.”
Bette laughs, “Baby, I’m not. I just have some really good things to talk to you about and I thought we could talk over lunch.”
Tina: “Oh…well, let’s go.”
Bette and Tina settle into a comfortable booth at Bette’s favorite chinese restaurant.
Bette: “Well, I talked to Kit earlier and she will be released from the hospital Monday, but then she has to turn herself in to the police. I told her not to worry, as soon as her bond is set we’ll post it.”
Tina: “Well, at least she’s going to be ok. That was my main concern.”
Bette: “Yeah, mine, too. Now we just have to keep her on her feet.”
The waiter brings their soup and takes their orders. Once he leaves Bette reaches for Tina’s hand, “I love you.”
Tina: “I love you too.”
Bette smiles.
Tina: “So……are you going to tell me the good news?”
Bette: “Ok, well, first of all, Franklin and the board were so pleased with the turnout of the show that they’re giving me a 10% pay increase just for my efforts.”
Tina sips her soup, “Really? That’s great. I’m so proud of you.”
Bette: “Thank you, but there’s more.”
Tina can sense a bit if nervousness in Bette’s tone, “What is it?”
Bette: “I think I found us a donor.”
Tina: “Really? Who? How?”

This Dylan person sounda a little too good to be true. I wonder if you have a twist up your sleeve. Like he is Tina’s brother or something.
