    B&T 9 years after season 1: Bette and Tina have a lot on their minds.

     

    Grace: Shit I don’t think I’ve ever driven that fast in my life, and where’s Oliver he should be here by now.

     

    Oliver: "Hey looking for me."

     

    Grace: "Damn it Oliver you can’t sneak up on a person like that, your lucky you don’t have a face full of pepper spray right now. Never mind we don’t have time for pleasantries I’ll have to fill you in on the way up to the loft."

     

    Oliver: "Gracie if that was your idea of pleasantries I can tell you now why you’re still single. Now lay it on me what’s so important that I had to ditch my date and meet you at Tina’s."

     

    Grace: "Our nephew who’s supposed to be vacationing in California decided to take a side trip to meet Bette Porter without first getting the go ahead from Tina. He’s going to fill her in tonight on everything but he thought that Tina might need some support and he was hoping that we could keep her from jumping on the first plane to California. See he first wanted to talk to Porter to see if she could work something out with his mom, but I think he was curious to meet her as well. So now that you’re up to speed we have to get upstairs, fill Sandy and Bryce in on what’s happening, and then we have to pretend we don’t know anything until after she talks to Eli."

     

    Oliver: "Wow I didn’t know Eli had it in him to do something like this…I mean it takes a lot of guts to pull something like this off, he must have planned this whole thing out."

     

    Grace: "O.k. you sound like you’re proud of what Eli did, like it wasn’t wrong that he went behind Tina’s back."

     

    Oliver: "You’re damn right I am. Don’t get me wrong I don’t approve of him not first getting the thumbs up from his mom but it’s about time someone did something. Tina’s dodging relationships left and right and Bette Porter’s the reason why. We’ve talked about this, either she’s still in love with Bette or she’s still hung up on how it ended, either way they have to figure this out together. You been saying this to Tina for awhile now…I guess the boy decided to take it a bit further…man when he decides to do something he really goes all out. But you’re right we’ll need to be here for her just in case. Although I don’t think she’ll hop a flight to California, if Eli wants time to get to know Bette I think Tina will give it to him."

    1. I took a chance and checked one last time before leaving work, and yeah you had posted. Cannot believe you have just left me hanging again. I’m so excited, and can’t wait till that first hello. It gives me goose bumps thinking about it, wait till the gang meets Eli. Hopefully you’ll have posted again when I come in to work.

    12. I very much appreciate you taking the time to post this chapter. But you have to tell your instructor that you can not do the project because you have this other project to do first. I am really loving this story and now I will have a heart attack because the wait will seem like forever. My heart is pounding just waiting to see how Bette is going to react to Tina’s voice. I know that you can not post too soon but really try please.

    13. You can’t finish the project on time, that you have hundreds of fans waiting to see what happens in this story. Give Him the story and you will be forgiven for being late. I love this child so honest,and smart and loves his mom so much. The sad part is he will love Bette just as much.and she him. Hope that Tina will let Eli spend a lot of time with Bette. thanks
