They got their luggage and then walks through the door into the arrival hall. They see Shane right away.

They all give each other a hug.

“Come on, let’s get you two back home.” Shane says and smiles.

40 minutes later they walk through the door to their house.

“I missed the smell.” Tina says, dropping her suitcase and purse to the floor, taking in the familiar scent. Bette gently put down her things and walks over to Tina, she takes her hand.

“Our life starts now you know, the married life.” Bette says softly.

Tina looks up at Bette and smiles.

“Yes, it does. I can’t wait.” Tina replies.

“Well, what do you say we go down to the Planet and buy some dinner I don’t think the refrigerator have anything edible in it.” Bette says and smiles.

“Yeah, I am kind of hungry.” Tina says.

They move the luggage into their bedroom and grab their purses and leaves.

“You want to walk?” Tina asks.

“I would love too.” Bette replies and takes Tina’s hand in hers and they make their way down to the Planet. They walk inside.

Luckily for them, no one of their friends were there.

“Thank God.” Tina says silently, but loud enough for Bette to hear.

“What?” She asks.

“We are alone. No inquiries from Alice, hopefully that will last for at lease a few minutes.” Tina says and lets out a little laugh.

“Yeah, let’s pray.” Bette replies.

They find their favourite table, the round table in the back, where Tina had been sitting on when Bette came up to her almost a year ago.

Bette squeezes Tina’s hand a little, to let Tina know she remembers. Bette looks down at Tina and smiles.

“I remember too baby.” Tina replies and leans in for a kiss.

They take a seat and right away a waiter comes up to them.

“Hi, the Porter family, congratulations on your wedding.” He says.

“Thank you Peter.” Bette says and smiles. “Is Kit working today?” She asks.

“Yes, but she has the late-shift today. She starts at 5.” He replies.

“Okay, thank you. I’ll have the large chicken salad, with toast on the side.” Bette says and looks over at Tina.

“I think I’ll have the same. And an Ice tea.” Tina says.
