    Kinda/sorta Halloween (for arkaycee)

    "Is she alright?" Bette asked clearly concerned.

    "I don’t know what’s wrong. She doesn’t have a fever."

    "Maybe she just wants her Mama B." Bette took Angelica into her arms and walked around with her, humming a lullaby. Angelica just wouldn’t stop crying. Bette noticed Angelica also trying to wiggle around in her arms. An idea came to Bette and it made her cringe.

    "I think I know what she wants, T." Bette took out her laptop and typed a URL Alice had given her into the browser and up popped a dancing banana singing that damn "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" song. Just as Bette had suspected, Angelica stopped crying and started laughing at the video and song.

    "Oh my God. Not Angelica too," Tina groaned. "That has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen."

    Bette sat with Angelica as she watched the video with wonder and zeal, praying that Angelica would soon grow tired and want to sleep again.

    A few days later at The Planet – The Halloween party…

    "T, I feel really stupid."

    "Come on, babe! You look HOT!"

    "I’m in my 40s. I haven’t dressed like this since college."

    "And you look even better now." Tina kissed Bette’s exposed shoulder and took her hand. "Now let’s hand some fun."

    Tina lead Bette into the club with Bette keeping her eyes on Tina’s ass in those tight jeans.

    "I can feel your eyes on my ass, baby."

    "I can’t help it. It’s even hotter than Justine Cooper’s." Bette cupped Tina’s ass with her free hand.

    "If you keep that up we’ll have to leave."

    "Would that be such a bad thing?"

    "Hey, baby girls!" Kit came up to Bette and Tina and gave them a hug. "Wow you too are HOT!"

    "Thanks," Bette said. "Kit what the hell? A banana costume? Did Angus dress as a banana too?"

    "No, he’s the badger over there at the bar."

    Tina laughed. "Aww you two look cute."

    "Well I better get back and help out at the bar. You two have fun!" Kit gave Bette and Tina another hug then walked off.

    "I need a drink, maybe three," Bette said.

    Tina laughed, "Okay, babe. Go and fnd the others while I get us a couple of beers."

    3. I am going to have those songs in my head all day and will probably dream about them too! Wonderful! Great chapter – really made me smile. But hey what about a mention for the good old llama song eh? I once sang it to a whole field of llamas. When I sing to the badgers they just lollop off. Oh and did you know that the badgers near me just love peanut butter sandwiches – coincidence?

    4. Aw, Lament–I’m touched! And giggling hysterically! I could see it all! I knew you could do something really wacky with those idea fragments, and you truly delivered! Never would have guessed those three actually being dressed as “Peanut butter jelly with a baseball bat”! Thanks, Grasshopper–and congrats on your challenge win! Well-deserved, to be sure!

    6. LOL..i had to go and check-out those videos for true appreciation..not that i get the whole thing but can somewhat get the gist of it. At least Angie didn’t go with “Baby Got Back” like Ross/Rachel’s kid.haha.
