“Is it true? Am I going to be a Dad?” He was damn near breaking down with tears.
She could only nod in her surprise over his appearance.
He rushed to her and literally swept her off her feet.
“Sometimes we don’t need words to express some things. I missed you so much Tina. Thank you, sweetheart. Thank you for giving me a sign. Thank you for giving me the most incredible gift on the night of our anniversary. You are the best wife ever.”
He carried her to the living room and laid her down on the couch, taking the rose from her hand. He eased himself on top of her and kissed her on the forehead. Then on the cheek. And then he was kissing her lips, easing his tongue into her mouth, She was paralyzed with shock and guilt flooding through her. Guilt over betraying him. Guilt that the rose was not for him. Guilt that she was back in his arms after enjoying the best sex of her life with someone else. Guilt that he was on top of her kissing her and she was letting him.
His unshaven face scratched her skin. She could still smell his powerful cologne. He felt nothing like her strong and sexy lover. Her mind and body cried out for Bette.
He pulled back. “Have you made an appointment with the doctor?”
Again, she nodded listlessly. “Tomorrow at 1.”
“Great. I’ll come with you. Are you feeling alright right now?” He pulled back before her and propped her right leg up on his thigh and started to massage the balls of her right foot with his thumb, moving down to her ankles.
“I’m fine. That feels good though.”
He smiled at her. He was a good husband – gentle and kind, smart and attractive and successful. Any woman would be blessed to have him. She swallowed hard, still overwhelmed with guilt. Her heart belonged to someone else. She belonged to someone else.
“Bette…”
She didn’t realize she had said the name out loud until she saw him looking at her expectedly.
“What about Bette? Is she alright?”
He took the other foot and tugged gently on each toe, repeating his actions.

Okay, hear me out. Don’t you think Tibette suck at communication now that they are fucking one another?And since they are fucking one another, they are also feeling guilty when they go back home. At the same time, the problems they used to have at home have disappeared save for one critical factor: Bette is in love with Tina and Tina is in love with Bette. Love will find a way.

The stranger is which Bette and Tina, they did not talk if they would go or not to finish his relationships with his spouses.
As I have stated in a previous comment, I waited a long time for your return, because I thoroughly enjoyed your writing, but I think this is were I get off the ride and stop the journey. Good reading to those who will continue, but for you die hard TiBetters at heart, I suggest you stop the bleeding now, because your heart will not be healed with this story, but if you just enjoy a great story, be brave and continue.

Mav, thanks for the update. It hurts to read that they have gone back to the spouses but they do have to talk to them after their absences and also find a way to break the heart rending news that they want a divorce because they are in love with someone else. Thanks for reassuring us that love will find a way and for them to be together in the end. I know this will sound horrible but now that Bette has the money she can give Alice a nice settlement and they can each go their own way. Hopsefully Tina will talk to Bette before she decides to stay with eric. Great update and thanks for coming back so soon with another chapter.
I really don’t understand how people can kiss someone and be in love with someone else! Even if we are talking about their own husbant and wife. And what do you mean easy? Didn’t they have enough already? Why do you put them through fire again? Fuck, don’t mind me please. I’m just impatient for them to be together and patience was never my strong point in real life. Tina throughout history has avoided Eric, more now that she found the love of his life, she is accepting his advancements. Really I do not understand.
