    Alice: Is that for me? Dana: Yeah, but I didn’t know you were throwing up. It’s probably cold now, do you want me to make you another? Alice reached down and grabbed the cup, testing the temperature with her little finger. Alice: No, this is fine. I don’t think I could handle a hot drink.

    Alice: Is that for me?

    Dana: Yeah, but I didn’t know you were throwing up. It’s probably cold now, do you want me to make you another?

    Alice reached down and grabbed the cup, testing the temperature with her little finger.

    Alice: No, this is fine. I don’t think I could handle a hot drink. This is just the right temperature. Thanks Dana.

    Dana: It’s okay. I was thinking, do you want to go out later? For a walk in the park or something? The fresh air might do you some good.

    Alice: I hate walking.

    Dana: I know. But you need to get out of the house.

    Alice: Let’s see how I feel later. Right now I just want to curl into a ball and disappear.

    Dana: Okay. Do you want to watch TV?

    Alice: Yeah, sure.

    Dana: Okay.

    Dana got up and turned on the TV. She tried to give the remote to Alice, but Alice insisted that Dana picked something, since it was her house. Dana decided she wanted to watch NCIS. She sat back down on the couch and smiled to herself when Alice instinctively leaned into her, resting her head on Danas shoulder. Dana lifted her left arm and rested it along the back of the couch, just above Alice’s head. When Dana realised NCIS was on back to back for the next 6 hours, she was glad she’d given up training for the day. After 30 minutes of the first one, she felt Alice’s body completely relax against her. She knew Alice had fallen asleep. However, the light snoring coming from her would have given it away after a while anyway. Dana noticed that the way Alice was sat, she would wake up with a pain in her neck, so she tried to wake Alice up.

    Dana: Alice? Alice, wake up.

    There was no verbal response from Alice. Instead, she laid her left arm across Dana’s stomach and snuggled further into Dana. Dana’s body suddenly tensed up as she realised something. The butterflies. They were there. She suddenly became extremely nervous.

    Dana: Oh no.

    Alice: What?

    Alice startled Dana, as he tried to wake Alice up moments ago, with no success. Alice felt Dana jump and sat up to look at Dana, a concerned look on her face. She removed her arm after realising what position she had been sleeping in.
