    Sam: You slept in, didn’t you? Dana: Yeah. I’m sorry. I was going to spend the day with Alice as she’s worse than me. We can train extra tomorrow. Sam: Okay, Dana. But don’t make a habit of it. Have a good day. Dana: You too. Thanks, Sam. Sam: Not a problem. See you tomorrow.

    Sam: You slept in, didn’t you?

    Dana: Yeah. I’m sorry. I was going to spend the day with Alice as she’s worse than me. We can train extra tomorrow.

    Sam: Okay, Dana. But don’t make a habit of it. Have a good day.

    Dana: You too. Thanks, Sam.

    Sam: Not a problem. See you tomorrow.

    Dana: You will. Bye.

    Sam: Bye.

    Dana hung up the phone and made her way into the living room. She put the phone on the coffee table and walked into the kitchen, to make her and Alice some coffee. She picked up the cups of coffee and put them down by the side of her phone. She sat on the sofa, waiting for Alice to finish in the shower, only, 10 minutes passed and she still wasn’t out. Dana was beginning to wonder what Alice was doing in there. She waited another 5 minutes before curiosity took over. She slowly made her way to the bathroom door and knocked lightly.

    Dana: Alice? Are you almost done? I need to shower too.

    There was no answer.

    Dana: Alice? Are you okay in there?

    This time, Dana was just able to make out a mumble coming from the other side of the door. She began to get worried as it sounded like Alice was trying to shout, but couldn’t. She decided to go in, knowing that Alice wouldn’t have locked the door in case Dana needed the toilet. She opened the door slowly and saw Alice sat in front of the toilet, head over the side. Dana knelt down beside her, trying to ignore the smell coming from the toilet.

    Dana: Are you okay?

    Alice: No. I’m sorry; I never even made it into the shower.

    Dana: That doesn’t matter. I called Sam and cancelled training, so I can take care of you anyway.

    Alice: Thanks Dana. I think I can stand up now, can you help me?

    Dana answered by standing up and holding her hands out to Alice. Alice grabbed her hands and used all her energy to pull herself up. Dana grabbed a robe from the back of the door and wrapped it around Alice, her arms following, to wrap around Alice’s waist. Dana guided Alice to the couch and helped her sit down, making sure she was sat up in case she needed to be sick again. She noticed the coffee on the table.
