    Shane: Yeah I’ll be there. Can I bring Carmen? I’d like you to meet her. Alice: Of course. Can you also call everyone else? Dana and I need to get ready and chances are it will take me a while. Shane: Sure. By everyone else, you mean? Alice: Bette, Tina, Jenny, Helena and Kit. And

    Shane: Yeah I’ll be there. Can I bring Carmen? I’d like you to meet her.

    Alice: Of course. Can you also call everyone else? Dana and I need to get ready and chances are it will take me a while.

    Shane: Sure. By everyone else, you mean?

    Alice: Bette, Tina, Jenny, Helena and Kit. And obviously you’ll need to call Carmen.

    Shane: I can do that. So, you’re really serious about you and Dana?

    Alice: Yeah. I love her so much, Shane.

    Shane: I know you do. What time do you want me to tell them all?

    Alice: 11? I know it’s kinda late for us but I really do need time to get ready.

    Shane: That’s fine. We’ll all be there. See you later, Al.

    Alice: Thanks Shane.

    When Alice put the phone down, she noticed Dana stood in the doorway. She had a smirk on her face that told her she had been listening.

    Alice: You’re nosey, aren’t you?

    Dana: Well, I couldn’t resist the urge to watch you with your sexy bed hair.

    Alice: Oh really? I hate my hair in the morning.

    Dana: Well, you look incredibly cute in the morning.

    Alice: Get over here and show me.

    Dana strolled across the room to the bed. She climbed on the bed on her knees and leaned over to Alice. She was still unsure if this was what Alice meant, but the slight nod Alice gave as Dana hesitated confirmed what Alice wanted. Dana pressed her forehead against Alice’s to make that all important eye contact, before lifting Alice’s chin up slightly to bring their lips together. This time, Dana used a little more pressure, but it was still short and simple. That was, until, Alice brought her hand up to the back of Danas neck and pulled her closer. She felt Alice part her lips slightly, so Dana copied her. Their tongues stayed at bay, but the kiss was still passionate. It showed nothing but love. And that’s all they needed from it. They continued the open mouthed kiss for a few more seconds, before Dana broke away. It wasn’t that she wanted to, but she knew she wouldn’t be able to control herself if it went any further. She leaned back and smiled at Alice, who was smiling right back at her.
