Tina: You never know. I mean….look at me and Bette. We’re
working things out and we’ve done every dumb thing imaginable.
Bette nods. Shane looks up at the ceiling.
Shane: You two had already been through a lot. We were still trying to figure each other out.
Alice: Then why, Shane? Why tell someone you wanna marry her and then just….go like that?
Shane: …I freaked out. I saw my father and saw myself. He
was in a longterm relationship and just left it without even a second
thought. I thought if he couldn’t succeed, what made me think I
had a chance? I know….it’s just fucking stupid to think like
that…but then I’m just fucking stupid in the first pla-
Tina: Shane….the baby.
Shane takes the hint to watch her language around Angelica.
Shane: Sorry. See I’m even screwing this up. I think I’m gonna go.
Alice places her hand on Shane’s shoulder just as Shane’s about to stand.
Alice: Shane….stop running away.
Alice and Shane exchange stares as the others look on. Shane looks upset, then looks down and stays put in her seat.
As the Group talk through their issues at the Planet, Max enjoys the
comfort of relaxing on the couch. There’s a knock on the
door. Max stands up and answers the door. The door opens
and standing there is Helena.
Max: Hey. Come on in.
Helena is silent as she solemly walks in with a couple of bags. Max looks out and notices Helena’s packed car.
Max: I see you loaded the car down pretty good.
Helena: Yes… I brought what I could and put the rest in storage.
Max: Allow me to help you unpack.
Max smiles and struts out of the house and onto Helena’s car. She
grabs a couple of boxes and walks towards the former garage, now studio
room outside. Helena walks through the house and out to the room
as well.
Max: Welcome to your new home!
Max opens the door to the room and places the boxes against the
wall. So enamored in the opportunity to move things from the car
to the room that Max doesn’t notice Helena almost breaking down.
Helena: Um…is it okay if go to the kitchen for a moment…?
Max: Yeah, sure. I got this no problem.
Max smiles and continues with his self admirable work. Helena,
realizing she’s going from the beach house to a small building is
overwhelmed. Helena feels her life spinning out of control and
unused to this situation. She sits at the dinner table in the
kitchen and quietly sobs. Max is none the wiser.

Drama, That gang is really unhappy. Poor things try to get one over the hump another starts thanks
Everyone is a messy and that might just be a good way to get everything turned around positively for everyone. Everyone will be on an even footing and can get their lives in order and we start a new season full of love, hope and promise. Thanks for the post.
Man, how can IC screw up her show so badly. First, Bette and Tina breaking up, Dana dying and now Shane and Carmen breaking up. Not to mention all the other little stuff like Helena loosing everything. The only good thing about this is that Bette and Tina are beginning to look at each other in a different light. I hope that you will continue with this story.
this is awesome but don’t you think shane deserved it… it will be cool to see how you get them back together. great story

hehe I loved it… Carmen sure knows how to start a fight, still feel bad for her tho, I hope she and Shane are able to work it out. Lara and Jenny are right..everything’s different now Dana is gone.. :(
Geez! Carmen really gave Shane hell. Great post. It’s gonna take a miracle to get Shane & Carmen back on good terms again.

Kace, wow, I’m really enjoying this series–you have a wonderful way of capturing these characters true to how we know them from the show. I love how you are showing us Lara and Alice’s relationship unfold, for example. PLEASE keep your writing coming–I was so excited to find more today. You are giving me something to look forward to in the ‘off’ season. So thank you for and please keep this 3.5 coming because we are READING! Cheers.
