Type O Negative – Blood & Fire (Out Of The Ashes Mix)

It’s almost like magic as the melting pot for the Group Of Friends is
well and full. The Planet is open for business today and today,
the boss is back. Kit Porter checks with one of the other workers
to make sure everything’s on the up and up and then heads over to a
table where gathered together are Bette, Tina, baby Angelica and
Shane. Jenny is busy waiting tables and after quickly saying
hello to everyone and seeing if Bette’s okay, goes back to focusing on
her job. Lara’s in the back, cooking along with other chefs there
to assist her. Alice walks in and sees some of her friends at the
table together. She’s overjoyed to see that Bette and Shane have
each made it home. She gives everyone a hug and takes a
seat. Alice also notices Jenny working and waves. Jenny
waves back and goes back to working. Kit joins at the head of the
table.
Alice: Alright. Someone update me on what I’ve missed since last night.
Tina: Well…Bette’s home….me and Henry broke up….and….
Bette: We’re working things out.
Shane: And I think Jenny’s pissed at me.
Alice: Why?
Shane: I dunno. I just sense it, Al. You were the only person I talked to ‘fore leaving up there.
Alice: Yeah, well there was a lot of disappointment…but like I told you before, Shane we still love you. Right guys?
Alice looks at the rest of the group.
Bette: Of course we do. And don’t worry, Shane you’re not the only one who did something stupid.
Kit: Well, maybe we can leave all that drama behind us and move on.
Shane: That’d be nice.
Kit: Only one problem.
Alice: What’s that, Kit?
Kit: Well, let’s see. Shane hangs out here. Carmen still
does some DJ’ing here. Sooner or later, yall gonna see each other
again. And Shane….I ain’t sure if I’m ready for that happen
here.
Shane: I gotta leave?
Kit: No….no, you ain’t got ta leave… I’m just worried about
what’s gonna happen when she comes in and she sees you or when you come
in and you see her. Then what?
Shane: I’ll um…tell her I’m sorry.
Alice: After leaving her crying at the altar. Yeah, good luck with that Shane.
Shane leans back in her seat and has a sinking feeling overcome her.

Drama, That gang is really unhappy. Poor things try to get one over the hump another starts thanks
Everyone is a messy and that might just be a good way to get everything turned around positively for everyone. Everyone will be on an even footing and can get their lives in order and we start a new season full of love, hope and promise. Thanks for the post.
Man, how can IC screw up her show so badly. First, Bette and Tina breaking up, Dana dying and now Shane and Carmen breaking up. Not to mention all the other little stuff like Helena loosing everything. The only good thing about this is that Bette and Tina are beginning to look at each other in a different light. I hope that you will continue with this story.
this is awesome but don’t you think shane deserved it… it will be cool to see how you get them back together. great story

hehe I loved it… Carmen sure knows how to start a fight, still feel bad for her tho, I hope she and Shane are able to work it out. Lara and Jenny are right..everything’s different now Dana is gone.. :(
Geez! Carmen really gave Shane hell. Great post. It’s gonna take a miracle to get Shane & Carmen back on good terms again.

Kace, wow, I’m really enjoying this series–you have a wonderful way of capturing these characters true to how we know them from the show. I love how you are showing us Lara and Alice’s relationship unfold, for example. PLEASE keep your writing coming–I was so excited to find more today. You are giving me something to look forward to in the ‘off’ season. So thank you for and please keep this 3.5 coming because we are READING! Cheers.
