The door opened and Tina came in carrying a holdall and a bunch of flowers

Tina put the holdall and flowers down and went across and hugged Bette
“I missed you so much “

Gently Tina put her hand on Bette’s face and they kissed.
Helena coughed .
“Sorry Helena “
“No its okay — I better go as my Studio head is on parental leave for two weeks and we need someone to go out at 11am for danishes and other fattening things “
“I have never seen you eat a cream cake once Helena “
“No darlings — I keep my weaknesses for savoury things “
“You can stay “ Tina said
“Its okay – I should make a start at work – are my services needed tomorrow to chauffer a certain duo home ? “
“What time are you being released ? “
“Dr Jolston wants to examine me with Dr Hope there so it might be mid-afternoon “
“Mid afternoon on a Friday !! “ Tina exclaimed “ You are coming home in rush-hour traffic ? “
“Yes Helena I think I will be needing you tomorrow “
“No problem – I am having a baby seat fitted especially this afternoon “
“Just for this ? “
“And because when Winnie sees it she will assume that I have found myself a woman with a child and that will annoy the life out of her — it’s the simple pleasures that give me so much happiness — like driving my ex wife crazy — see you all tomorrow “

Holy shit Three in diaper at the same time. They Can feed all three at one time and still have a spare . Twins girls. That is great. Maybe Bette will sell her gallerys in London and come back home in a year. Tina babies will have due citizen ship. thanks so much for posting

LMFAO!!!! No fucking way… TWINS!!! Ally, you’re just too much!! Just when you think that the Kennard-Porter family is finally settling down for some much needed uneventful time, there comes Ally with yet another big bomb!!!! Gosh, within a few weeks, they both go from being lonely and miserable to turning into a loving family of five!!! A very winding road INDEED!!!
Are they identical? That always adds an element of weirdness to the happy occassion. Man, 3 babies in diapers in one house. With that many, it won’t matter what side of the Atlantic they’ll settle on. We’re ALL going to be able to smell that diaper pail. Yeah, bring Alice to England, they’ll need another pair of hands. Oh, the joy of it all!

AllyE, that was a wonderful chapter. I like this Helena very much, she has turned out to be quite a friend to them. And twin girls, oh my what a happy and noisy household that will be with three babies at once, all in diapers, all needing baby food, night feedings middle of the night changes and on, and on, and on. This is gonna be a lot of fun to read and I know you will have a lot of fun writing it. They must take Alice to England with them and they must hire a nanny. Even with the three of them those are not enough hands to take care of three infants. This is gonna be so much fun, can hardly wait. It will be an experience to behold.
Well my friend I must admit my first reaction when I read the last two words of this chapter were—Holy Shit. Babe you are just something else do you know that and as soon as I figure out what that is I’ll let you know. LOL Seriously though—this is a wonderful chapter. You really pulled out all the stops on this one. You are the only author on this site that can make me feel so many different emotions in the same chapter. In case you don’t get what I am trying to say here babe—I am saying the you are the best author on this site bar none.
