Tina could hardly speak when Bette laid her head on her chest, nearly making another joke so Bette would tickle her again, but she thought better of it. She would give the film a fair chance, and enjoy Bette’s proximity all the while. It felt so right.
And when Bette finally lowered herself comfortably, she was laying between Tina’s legs – something only Tina seemed to notice, and it was more than distracting. She tried to ignore her own arousal and pay attention to the film.
It didn’t last long.
About half an hour in, Tina was really getting invested in the surprisingly comedic film, when Bette looked up at her. “I just realized what I’m doing.”
Tina chuckled, “What are you doing?”
“No, I mean … where I am … you never noticed?” She cleared her throat and moved up so that she could look into Tina’s eyes.
“I’m trying to give your movie a chance,” Tina teased, pointing over to the television. It was obviously a joke, and it made Bette smile.
“Uhh. Why did I have to pick an interesting one when I have you all to myself?”
“You always have me,” Tina smiled, feeling Bette pin her wrists down. Her desire lifted her smile away, and all she could do was moan. “… What are you doing?” She hoped it wasn’t a joke.
“Just kissing you,” Bette whispered, lowering herself again to tease Tina’s lips with her own. “Is that okay?”
“It’s okay,” Tina breathed, lifting her hips as she turned her head and felt Bette’s lips on her neck. She thought she would die of satisfaction, and they’d hardly touched. Suddenly her lips were dry, and she couldn’t really focus on any one thing. “Bette …”
“We’ve made out before,” Bette whispered into her ear, kissing her again, “What’s so different about this?”
“You’re holding me down,” Tina smiled, struggling with her own want.
“Do you like it?”
“We have to stop,” Tina finally breathed, having enjoyed it for as long as she could without resorting to anything more. “We … I have to stop … or I’m going to explode.”
“Tsk tsk,” Bette teased, righting herself on the couch, and allowing for Tina to do the same. “You’re a doctor. You should know very well that people can’t explode.”
