    Author Notes:

    Dana contemplates – Tina makes a decision, a cold one – Shane takes care of Bette – Ro’s dad pays a visit – Tina learns Rosita’s truth – Dana gets a date – and Tina is on a mission

     

                “Can we go home?”  Tina asked and she tried to look at Bette, but found that she couldn’t.  Bette sighed softly and stepped back into the house closing the door softly.  Shane stood trying to figure out what to do.  She waited until Bette was out of earshot.

               

                “Tina, I love you.  You know I do but man that is just cold.  You are making her think that you and Rosita are together, that’s just ***** cold.”  Shane turned on her heels and walked into the house calling Bette’s name.

     

                “You did what?”  Rosita asked and Tina saw anger in her eyes, she grabbed Tina’s hand and pulling her away from the house as Tina stammered a response.  She was so busted.

     

                “I didn’t really.  She just assumed….”  Tina said and then she turned to Rosita, whose arms were crossed, she looked mildly angry.  The look was rather ***** on her, thought Tina, and then she chased the thought away yet again.

     

                “You let her, why did you do that?  The woman is falling apart and you let her think you are ***** me?  Bella…”  Tina made a face her own anger brewing now.

     

                “You call me beautiful, but then…”  Tina stopped. “You know Ro you have got me spinning totally out of control.  I really don’t know what you ***** want from me.”  Tina announced she stomped off to her car and got in.  She started it and left Rosita wondering what in the world had just happened.

                “They have a place for her if I can get her to go that would be just great.”  Kit said to Shane, who was sitting at Bette’s kitchen table.  Bette was sitting outside by the pool, looking much better and she hadn’t talked to herself since Tina’d left.

     

                “She’s better.  Kit, woman I swear she is.  She helped me clean the house, and Tina got her to wash, I think she needed to see her, you know?  To get things out of her system.”  Shane said sipping on the coffee that Kit had brought her.

     

                “Is she drinking?”  Kit asked and Shane shook her head.  Shane had dumped all of the alcohol down the toilet and Bette hadn’t said a word about it.

We have lots of friends but we both love to read. You can call me your friendly reader. but I do like this story. and do wonder about the gang and Tina,Ro and Bette thanks bvh
