    “And by the Board of Directors you mean Helena Peabody?” Tina smiled sweetly. Franklin smiled back and nodded, “She practically owns this place.” “No surprise here,” Tina sighed and shook her head in disgust, though the idea of Candace being around didn’t faze her at all. She might have problem competing with Bette’s first love

    Franklin smiled back and nodded, “She practically owns this place.”

    “No surprise here,” Tina sighed and shook her head in disgust, though the idea of Candace being around didn’t faze her at all. She might have problem competing with Bette’s first love from a distant past but she could easily take on a breathing, living, this-century-skank who dared to sink her claws into her lover’s body.

    Adam buzzed in that he was ready and Franklin smiled, “Okay ladies, leave this letter with me. I will call you when we get some results. Can’t promise you anything, the ink spill set in pretty deep but we might be able to get something. My guy is quite good.”

    As they got back to house, Tina couldn’t sit still. Waiting on important news was making her anxious and jittery and she decided to use this time by cleaning up the closet in Bette’s bedroom. Everything was left in disarray there since they had found the letters.

    “Tina, are you okay?”

    “I’m panicking and I need to do something to keep my mind busy.”

    Alice sighed. “Okay, I’ll help. It’s actually a good idea. Look at this mess? Bette might stumble all over this place when she coms back.”

    Tina reorganized the clothes and shoes and put back the panel on the floor to cover the hidden place. Alice picked up the tube that had Bette’s unfinished paintings and set it aside. She kept looking at it and Tina finally asked, “What are you thinking?”

    “Well, you know how everything changes here as soon as Bette alters the reality in the past? Like the dates changes on the family gravestones or the newspaper articles.”

    “Yes, and…”

    “Let’s open and see,” Alice smiled mischievously. “I have a feeling that we find something interesting inside.” She carefully pulled the rolled paintings out of the tube and spread them on the bed.

    “Oh my God, she finished them,” Tina exclaimed.

    “And they are beautiful. Bette is truly talented,” Alice added. “I can take them into town to get framed. Imagine Bette’s surprise when she comes back and all her paintings are hanging on the walls of her mansion.”

      So, about the chapter – i must say i never like Helena. In some stories and TLW i hate her, in some stories i indifferent to her. In your story – first option.
      But i hope Bette was not too late and it was her in bed with Tina.

    2. O-M-G!! You made my day. Hell, my entire year. Wonderful update. Such imagination with the entire plot line. Great character arc for Bette. Love, love, love this story. So happy we’ll finally learn how it turns out. No pressure now, but I think a fitting day to post your final chapter is October 18, the 10th anniversary of Chapter 1.

      Wow, it was about time, I honestly was thinking to send you another pm as the last year, asking you for a new chapter; but is fine, I have problems with my time too, jobs are always in the way.

      As Zhenya, I also pray that the one beside Tina is Bette and no the psycho of Helena.

      I hope you could update soon, and write another story later, maybe a little bit shorter because of the time, but I really would like to read more of your stories, this is so good, please, keep writing.

    4. Finally!!! It does not matter to wait a year to read this story because they are so good that it’s worth it, but please finish it before I’m dying to know the end (an ending that many pages). Congratulations and thanks.

      It is now the last day in August 9 days since you posted this Chapter.
      I have done a complete re-read and enjoyed it more, I think, than the first read. although, as a 75 year old, I am a little disturbed that all your Grandma characters seem to be in homes and losing their minds!

      Please, Please post the Final Chapter of this great story this weekend and make my day! Certainly do not wait until October – I love CellaNox but think this a stupid idea! :-)

      This is a great story and I will be sorry to see it end and will be first in line to ask for an Epilogue

    8. Great to see a new chapter of this wonderful story, I’m hoping Bette showed up in the knick of time kicked Helena’s ass and fell asleep waiting for the drug to wear off. They really don’t need this type of crap after all they have been through. PPS
