    Author Notes:

    A long trial day is over…Tina steps from the shower…Will Bette get home in time…

     

    He had no idea who or where he was calling.  It was a number given to him by ‘the man’ and the ‘the man’ so far always delivered.   What could happen if he made a mistake?  Not give him the drugs.  Big fuckin’ deal…I’ll get ‘em somewhere else.  They’re not the only show in town…. 

     

    At the mere thought of not getting his drugs, Rick’s heart started pounding.  If he didn’t die from a crack induced heart attack, he knew he’d die from the need and not getting it fulfilled.  The coke, the toot, the sneeze…he was at the point of the insatiable craving that drives you to do things without thinking….

     

    He dialed the number.  Two rings.

     

    “Speak.

     

    “Yeah, it’s me.  She’s home.  No one’s there.  Don’t forget to bring…”

     

    Click. 

     

    “…the goods.  Well, that was fuckin’ easy.”  Rick went back to reading his comic book and tried to keep his eyes open.

     

     

    * * *

     

     

    Tina stepped from the shower and wrapped the large bath towel around her. She thought how luxurious it was to take a fifteen minute hot shower.  She also thought how luxurious it would be to have her lover waiting in the bedroom for her – at the end of every day. 

     

    She opened the towel, let go and watched as it tumbled to the floor.  Her mind drifted to Bette and she couldn’t help it – one hand went to her breast; the other to that soft, velvet spot between her legs.  Not surprisingly, she found herself already wet.

     

    …Oh, my, I am going to wear that poor woman out…

     

    Tina giggled like a school girl.  No, I’m going to save this to take care of  for a little while longer.  Bette will be here soon, Tina’s mind wandered.  She finished drying off and put her robe on.

    The man entering the Academy House lobby heard Rick’s snide laugh immediately.  Rick obviously still had some peripheral vision left because he looked up from his comic book as the man began approaching the desk.

    It wasn’t anyone he had seen before so Rick’s eyes narrowed a bit.  Of course, this wasn’t for protection of any of the residents, but rather himself.  Then he began to grin…this could be pay off man…yeah.  Rick’s nose began to twitch.

    3. Bruno Magli shoes? He borrowed shoes from OJ? This guy can’t be Tina’s brother if he’s wearing OJ shoes. Let Bette get there early, please. Please post again soon.

Now I don’t want to see tina get hurt by any creepy creep or slimeball, though I would think that since she knows they have been trying to get to her, she would be a tad less naive about letting people up…BUT Bette is not the cavalry!! Why does everyone want her to walk in to a mess and get hurt herself???

    8. That guy is not Tina’s brother is he? He is going to harm her unless someone gets to her and saves her. I could be wrong but the description of the penetrating eyes is the same way that the guy stalking Bette was described.

    9. OMG Bette hurry home to save Tina, she in danger right now and this is gonna be bad. Please don’t let any bad thing happen to Tina and hope Bette get home in time to save Tina. This guy is not Tina’s brother or is he, maybe or maybe not oh I don’t know but let find out on the next chapter post soon please, thanks!

    12. That random moment on the first page sounds like Tina’s mom remembering something from her past. Hmm…Either Greg is just weird, or that’s not really Greg. =O I wish you could post more often. This story is like a book you can’t put down.

    17. OH MY GOD, WHAT A PLACE TO STOP!!!! … Just kidding, I love your cliffies, and that’s what makes your writing so great! Makes me want more, oh so much more, of this amazing, thrilling, hot, sweet story! Just hope that you’ll post soon, and that you’ll keep Tina safe.
