Their bodies meshed in perfect unison and symmetry in the aftershocks of release. Each time they made love, each orgasm reached, brought them closer together.
As their hearts and pulses settled back to their normal state, Bette and Tina lay on their backs holding hands. All that hot and steamy sex and how sweet it felt to simply hold hands.
Tina let out a small giggle. Bette turned to face her.
“And what may I ask caused that?”
“That was one hell of a way to answer yes to my proposal, Ms. Porter. I may ask you to marry me every day.”
“Yes, and just think, this was all done before you left for work…”
“Fuck! Bette, I’ve got to get going.” Tina jumped up to head into the shower – again when she stopped and turned back to Bette. She sat on the side of the bed and took Bette’s hand.
“Baby, understand that I don’t want to run to Canada tomorrow or next week. My proposal was not a test of your love for me. I did need to know we were both on the same path heading in the same direction as far as our commitment to each other. You know by now that I’m a traditional kind of gal and marriage is what I want for us. I guess I needed to be assured you want that for us, too – you know, that we’re both traveling the same path in this relationship. We will do the actual wedding when we both feel the time is right. Please don’t think because I proposed today that I’m demanding we pack the car this weekend.”
“But what if I’ve decided that I want to pack the car this weekend?” Bette gave a sly look, tilted her head slightly and raised an eyebrow.
“You don’t want to do that, do you?” Tina asked quizzically. It was her turn now to tilt her head and raise an eyebrow.
“No, Baby, I’m just playing with you. Tina, I love you more than I thought I was capable of loving. I believe I loved you before I met you. The only explanation I can give for that is how fast my feelings emerged for you. I tell you showing my feelings or permitting myself to fall in love is something I did not do – no, it’s something I would not allow myself to do. Remember, you told me there are no coincidences in life. We were put into each other’s lives for a reason and it’s become more evident to me each day that the reason is completeness, to close the circle, for you and for me to be with the one person that completes us. There is no ending to a circle, Baby. No matter what ‘stuff’ either of us has – and I know I’ve got plenty – we will work it out because just like that circle, there will be no ending to us.

i am agree with the others maybe there are people that didn’t have anything better to do than it! but you story since the beginning is wonderful i like it so much and i missed a lot when you stoped for a while because i enjoy so much reading it. to me this is more than 5 starts!
Don’t worry about the ratings issuse. Really there is no issue, I can not for the life of me imagine anyone, and I mean anyone rating this story less than a 10. If so, then they’re ……. guess I’d better leave that alone. Wonderful story update Rene and keep doing what you are doing, it’s all great. You do have the gift of writing and thank you so much for sharing it with us. You really should be published. I don’t know what you do for a living but you should be among the published and prolific writers of our time. I mean this sincerely. Thank you.

Acreextl, More mystery and intrigue as this tale continue. Who is this new character and what hold or place in Tina’s past does he hold. I loved the way that Bette and Tina were able to share their true emotions about one another and their path together with each other. The speed and depth of their relationship both surprises and strengthens their resolve to share everything. More please soon as am on edge of my seat waiting to have this conundrum revealed. Jealousie has a lot to do with the rating. They just wish they could write a tenth as good as you. Every once in a while they crawl out of their holes and do dirty things to hurt good people. Now we need to worry about Bette some more. Lets hope Bette is wise enough to Keep looking for the bad in people. thanks
If you go back and look at a lot of older stories, you will see that the usually high rated stories have fallen in stars. Irritating? Yes! Accurate? No! Hope to get another chapter from you soon. Thanks for writing!
