    Dana has the reconstruction, Bette and Tina find a way to bond, Shane turns to an old friend and Helena and Lara’s first date is…eventful. (And that’s just a typical Friday!)

    “You realize that this is, like, a week’s worth of activities, don’t you?”

    Busted again, Bette nodded and took Angelica from Tina.

    “Now you know why you’re here.”

    The Dodgers were beating the Colorado Rockies 2-1 in the top of the fourth when Helena Peabody sampled her first Dodger Dog.

    “It may be an acquired taste,” Lara cautioned as Helena took a large bite and entered stadium dog nirvana.

    “It’s bloody fantastic,” she said and washed it down with a swig of beer. “Now if only you Yanks would learn what a proper ale is — and that it’s best served at room temperature.”

    They were still giggling when disaster struck. It began when the Rockies’ clean-up man hit a long line drive that would have put them ahead, had it not gone foul in the final twenty feet. Unfortunately the man standing behind Helena with two diet cokes in-hand was pushed when another fan jumped to his feet, drenching Helena in a sticky, artificially sweetened and colored ice cold shower. Her Dodger Dog was now an inedible soggy mess. Adding insult to injury, the crowd roared as the incident was shown on the jumbo screen in left field. Lara was mortified. Helena was speechless.

    After a quick stop in the ladies room where they might have actually made things worse, Lara took Helena home. All things considered, Helena took it rather well. Lara, on the other hand, was a wreck. This was the kind of thing that happened on Saturday Night Live, not in real life. All of her carefully laid plans were ruined. She was practically in tears when pulled into her driveway.

    “What is that heavenly smell? “ Helena asked the moment they stepped through the door.

    “Apple pie.” Lara thought it seemed so ridiculous now. “I baked it this afternoon.”

    Helena smiled her approval as she headed through the house. Her hair was plastered around her face and she was still remarkably beautiful.

    “Darling, do you think I might borrow a robe or something? I’m going to have a quick shower if you don’t mind.” Helena disappeared into the bathroom.

    She left the door open and when Lara came with her plush terrycloth robe and fresh towels, Helena had already stripped to her underwear. Lara’s breath quickened at the sexy sight. Her hands were trembling as she brushed lightly against Helena’s when she handed the armload of linens to her. Their eyes met for a brief second before Lara picked up the soiled garments and gave her some privacy.

    1. I have to admit, I was not sure I would Helena and Lara together, but wow somehow I really really like it. Loved Alice’s calendar too…I think if I imagined my own S3 and s4, this is how it would go…good stuff

    3. Great update. I really enjoyed it. Dana and Alice are so adorable together it makes me get one of those “big goofy Dana grins” when I read it. I loved the calendar part. It made me laugh. That is totally something that Alice would do. I’m glad that everything went well with Dana’s surgery. I can’t wait for more. Oh…I live in New York but I was in L.A. for over a week, so I hadn’t read anything here in that amount of time. I just finally got all caught up with everything…I think. Anyway, great job. I’m loving it.

    4. awwwwwwwwww…i can’t believe i like the idea of lara and helena so much. at first it was hard to picture but i really think they make a good match. bette and tina are doing decently, good for them. and i love dana and alice, three weeks cant come soon enough!

    5. Lara and Helena, I liked their date, it started with disaster, but ended very nice, lol. And Alice was as usual her adorable self. I loved the calender and the big heart marking the special day to come. Very sweet. :)

    7. That was a sweet update. I didn’t think I would like Helene and Lara so much. But it’s starting to grow on me! As for the Danish part, that was just great. They are so sweet and in love. And of course the calender part was amazing. Looking forward to the next update!

This was great…I can see Lara & Helena (especially if Helena is away from Bette) It’s nice to see Bette & Tina taking it slow (even though On Demand surfing is another word for foreplay…lol) The part with Alice & Dana was good…I wish it had happened that way on the show…they didn’t have to kill her off, I have my fingers crossed that it turns out to be a dream on the show. Please post soon.

    11. I’m really enjoying this story Sammy. I usually don’t care too much for the other characters. I mean they are cool and all, but I am obsessed with Danish, so great job because I am actually enjoying the rest of the storylines as well :D Keep up the great work my friend! Looking forward to the next chapter.

    13. Helena and Lara….hmmm…I like it! Never thought of it, but it works and it was hot. Very funny at the ballpark. AND, I am so happy that everything went well for Dana and that she is recovering with Alice’s help and sense of humor. ( I still don’t know how I’m going to watch S4 without Dana) Bette and Tina trying to get along for Angelica’s sake and hopefully will find each other along the way. Post again soon.
