Tina walked over to Bette and put her arms around her waist from behind and lay her head on her back. I sure do love you, Bette Porter.

The phone rang and Tina picked it up. Hello. No, this is Tina. Well, hello Melvin. Tina looked over at Bette. Yes, the baby is fine. Would you like to talk to Bette? Bette walked over, handed Angelica to Tina and took the phone.
Hi, daddy. Yes, thats fine. If youd like to come and meet your granddaughter, you are certainly welcome. We would love to have her meet her Grandfather. But I forewarn you, if you are going to make speeches how this child cant possibly be related to you, how its not biologically possible or anything regarding Tina and my relationship, then I would ask you not to come. This is a happy time for us. We wont have it stepped upon or degraded in any way. Those days are over. Yes, Kit or I will come by the hotel to pick you up. Thursday sounds great. Have a safe flight. I love you, too. Bye.

Bette is a woman not a child and more she is a mother now..i hope she dosent let Melvin treat her, Tina or Angie with disrespect..and Bette is sooo cute with the baby talk..lol.great chapter post soon

Hmm.. I think Melvin has finally grown up. Maybe he can spend some quality time with his daughter and her family. This is a great story, Arce. It mimics life in more ways than one.
