“Good. You should get your results by then. I just want you to know that I will support you, wherever you end up.”
“Yes babe. Plus we would still be in the same state. And USC and Stanford play each other at least twice a year.”
“Yeah T, I’m just gonna go ahead and apologize now in case I forget later.”
“What are you apologizing for B?”
“If we are opponents, I will have to score on you just like any other player. It’s not personal babe, it’s basketball.”
Tina looked at the phone, “Ok bighead. I’m going to leave you and your ego to be alone.”
Bette starts to giggle. “T, I’m teasing baby.”
“I know you and I love for it.”
“I love you too babe.”
“Mmm T……What are you wearing?”
“Bette.”
“Come on T. Play with me. I miss you so much.”
“Are you serious, B?” Tina asked a little surprised because Bette usually stops her before she gets too worked up.
“Yes T. My roomy is out on a date, so I don’t expect her for a while. So please baby. Help me come. I miss you.”
“Babe you’re only going to end up frustrated. I don’t want you walking around all those college chicks while sexually frustrated.”
“T I already told you. None of these women can keep my attention like you can.” Bette trying to soothe the blond.
“Baby, I know you love me. I just can’t help feeling that one day, you’ll meet some intelligent woman with blond hair, a firm butt and perky breasts. And she may make you laugh.”
“Tina Kennard, have I ever made you feel like I would ever fall for anyone else? I am in my room on a Friday night trying to get my sexy girlfriend to have phone sex with me. See I am under the impression that my girlfriend, who I love very much, trusts me.”
“B, I trust you. I don’t trust all those women on your campus.”
“T, you don’t have to. That’s what a relationship is all about. We trust each other. No one else enters the equation unless we allow them to. I’m getting a little tired of you bringing others into our relationship T.” Bette said getting a little angry. Tina knows she has pushed the brunette too far this time.

Yikes! The trials and tribulations of young love, I suppose. Distance and absence seem to be taking their toll on both of them… Bette has plenty of time to stop herself from doing anything stupid, though. Thanks for the post. :)

Until then Tina was understandable when Bette admits advances of Ariana, not wanting to push her away (chapter 56), so I do not blame Tina for being worried. — Bette hung up the call before saying something she would regret it, but apparently is not worried about something that she wants to do???!!!. Does she believe that Tina will forgive her??, I do not believe. I honestly I’d rather they finish the dating before breaking the heart of another. — Still would like to see Bette in the same situation :). Thank you. – moreeeee.
Bette please stop pretending to be a faithful girlfriend. Seriously it’s like hearing Mitt Romney speak about what he wants to do for America, knowing he’s so full of shit. And like Romney blaming Obama for the recession that was already in occurring, Bette will say that Tina was the one who brought it on herself. Once a cheat always a cheat. On the real note, these would’ve broken up by now because of their personalities. LDR’S don’t last, at least not this long for these particular types. No offense but they seem wishy washy and not strong enough to me. Thanks for the post ✊😃
