Bette: “I was angry she already made a show of me in class and then an hour later she was in a fight”

Jay: “Technically she wasn’t in a fight she was attacked”

Tina: “Yeah ok smarty pants but it is still no excuse for her to swear at your Mom we brought her up better than that”

Bette: “Ok these past few days have blown way out of proportion and its time we fix it”

Tina: “I agree”

Jay: “I Suppose”

(Jay gets up and Gives Bette a hug and apologises, He then goes to give Tina a hug and his tummy rumbles)

Tina: “hungry son shine” (smiling)

Jay: “Starving infact my stomach is singing bohemian rhapsody”

Tina: “Ok let’s get you some food” (getting up and heading to the kitchen)

Bette: “Im going to Check on Chloe”

(Bette goes upstairs and looks in Chloe’s room. Chloe is asleep on top of her covers. Bette covers her up and shuts of the light and heads back downstairs)

The kitchen

Tina: “How is she?” (Passing Jay burger and fries and a glass of coke)

Bette: “Asleep”

Tina: “Well im going to take tomorrow of work to make sure she is ok “

Bette: “Ok and I’ll be speaking to her guidance teacher and Lisa’s, Jay who is Chloe’s Guidance”

Jay: “Miss Melvin she is class. She is also Lisa’s” (putting his empty plate in the dishwasher)

Bette: “Ok”

Jay: “Well im off to bed, Love you”

Tina: “Love you too”

Bette: “Night”

(Bette is sitting in thought)

Tina: “Lets go baby, early night for you too” (Taking her hand and going to the bedroom)

(After helping each other get changed into there Pjs they climb into bed. Tina automatically cuddles up to Bette and Bette holds her)

Tina: “You ok babe”

Bette: “Yeah just worried about Chloe”

Tina: “Me too but she’s a teenager they all go through it”

Bette: “I suppose im angry at myself for assuming she caused the fight”

Tina: “I’ve got to admit babe you should have known that wouldn’t have been Chloe. She wouldn’t hit a fly she knows what it is like” You do remember when she was being bullied”

Bette: “How could I forget we almost lost her and im dammed if she has to go through bullying again” (Getting angry)

Tina: “She wont you see how protective Jay is and Sean”

Bette: “They can’t be there all the time T”

Tina: “Well we can only reassure her to talk to us”

Bette: “She has been so angry these past few days”

Tina: “I know baby and we will sort it tomorrow. We will both sit down and speak to her”

Bette: “Yeah hopefully she will be as understanding as Jay was”

Tina: “I think you just need to explain your reasons something we should have done when you got the Job”

Bette: “I hope so”

(Tina leans up and Kisses Bette)

Bette:” I needed that baby “

Tina: “I know you did, you also need some sleep” (turning off the light)

Bette: “I love you”

Tina: “I love you too”

(Bette holds Tina in her arms and they both fall asleep)
