She turned and looked at Bette. She ran to her and put her arms around her.

“I love you too, Mom.” Jess said. Bette held Jess tight.

“Oh baby I love you too.” Bette said crying. Alice rolled down the window.

“Come on Jess we are going to be late.” Alice called. Jess finally broke out Bette arm’s. She ran to the car.

“Mikey and Teddy.” Jess yelled just as she was getting in the car. Bette smiled and waved as they pulled off.

Bette walked back into the house crying happy tears.

“Babe are you all right?” Tina asked hugging Bette.

“I am now.” Bette said wiping the tears from her face.

“What happened?” Tina asked.

“Teddy and Mikey.” Bette said.

“I don’t understand.” Tina said.

“That what she wants to name the babies.” Bette said. Tina kissed Bette deeply.

The Ranch

The Ranch living room was beginning to fill with guest. Jess watched the guest talk from the balcony that over looked the large living room. She was dress in a white dress that had pink and purple flowers around the waist. She was still barefoot.

“Jess come here, please.” Bette said. Jess walked into the room. Bette wore a beautiful white pants suit. Tina was in the downstairs room getting ready with her mother and sister.

“Yeah mom.” Jess said walking in front of her mother.

“Here put your shoes on.” Kit said.

“I still don’t know I couldn’t wear pants to.” Jess said sitting down letting Kit put her shoes on.

“Because you are the flower girl and flower girls where cute white dresses.” Kit said.

“hmmm” Jess pouted a little.

“I have something for you.” Bette said handing Jess a Jewelry box. Jess unwrapped the pink paper, and opened it.

“Wow mom it beautiful.” Jess pulled out a gold bracelet.

“Here look I had engraved.” Bette showed Jess the engraving.

“I love you too mom.” Jess said giving Bette a big hug. “and I like the babies too.” Jess put her hand on Bette’s belly. Bette smiled and started to cry.

“Okay none of that.” Kit said.

“Mom will you help me put it on.” Jess said.
