    “I should have known you guys wanted to talk when you were acting so funny.” Jess said.

    Previously:

    "Sometimes I try and think back on when we stopped seeing Jess and started seeing the shell she shows everyone." Bette said.

    "We can’t think like that. We can only get her to be who she really is." Tina said.

     

     

    "Sissy!" Teddy yelled after he saw Jess sitting on the couch.

    "Hey buddy did you have fun?" Jess asked.

    "Yeah. Aunt Dana won!" He said.

    "And then they took us to Chuck E Cheese." Ian said.

    "That must be why they look so tired." Jess said with a smile on her face.

    "Very funny. You know how I feel about that place." Alice said.

    "Then why do you always let them talk you into taking them there." Jess said.

    "Yeah Al, you could have said no." Shane said.

    "If I did I don’t who would have been more you and Dana or the boys." Alice said.

    "Shane and Dana definitely." Jess teased.

    "Where is Mama I want to show her what I won?" Ian asked.

    "She’s busy. She’ll be home later. Now what do you say we get ready for bed so we can watch a movie." Jess said.

    "Are going to watch with us?" Teddy asked.

    "I am." Jess said. Angelica could be heard over the monitor. "I’ll be right back."

    "Okay boys. We’ll see you guys later." Alice and Shane said.

    "Bye. Come let’s hurry up and get ready so we can pick the movie." Ian said.

    "Let’s see if we can get her to watch Casper." Teddy said.

    "Yeah." Ian said. They hurried off to get ready for bed.

    Jess walked into Angelica and Shannon’s room. Angelica was standing in her crib waiting for someone to come get her. She was very patient and rarely cried after waking up. Angelica was almost two and was starting to get to big for the crib but Bette nor Tina were ready for their last baby to move out of a crib.

    "Hey there sleepy head. I was wondering when you were going to wake up." Jess said picking Angelica up.

    "Sissy." Angelica said holding her arms out for Jess.

    "Do you want some juice?" Jess asked. Angelica shook her head yes.

    1. Fear on a regular basis…seems like Jess was worried her mom and mama would leave her like her dad did (death) and like she thought Anne did (when Bette and Jess moved to LA).

    5. Ummmm is that picture about her dad leaving and then Anne not being around. IMO she has the best momma ever and if Bette had stayed with Anne she would have never met Tina and had her brothers and sisters. If anybody should feel left out it should be Shannon. She lost so much of her family when she was living with her adopted family.

    8. GREAT chapter, and I totally agree with Lamentamini. I hope that Jess can summon up the courage to talk to B&T about her fears. I was do happy in the last chapter when Tina told Jess that she will always be her Mama no matter what, and Jess said that she is glad that she has 2 little borthers and a baby sister. Ecellent job charmed :o)

    9. Yeah I was thinking the tombstones were of Bette & Tina. Wow…this is deep. I know B&T can’t tell her that nothing will ever hppen to them but hopefully they can get her to be comforted in all that they have in a family and the love they all have for one another….and to embrace everyday they have with one another.

    11. At last the paintings are out…I agree with the thoughts on the painting…she doesn’t like to go back there where she was when she painted it so was it fear of losing B and T? mmmm interesting PPS
