“Angie I’m going to be the best Mama ever!..You’ll see” she started to stroke Angie’s soft skin, and the baby stirred then slowly opened her little hazel eyes, the baby caught sight of the brunette looking down at her.
Angelica stared at the stranger for a few seconds, then decided she liked her, so she flashed the mocha a huge sunshine smile. Bette’s heart melted then and there…she was a sucker for Kennard dimples and that amazing smile. The mocha recognised right away that this child would like her mother before her, get anything from her when she asked, because of those beautiful features…this child would effectively wrap Bette round her finger.
“Coming up little one?” The brunette said putting her lean bronzed arms down towards Angie to beckon her
Angie flashed another gorgeous smile then stretch her little arms upwards, letting it be known that yes she wanted to be lifted.
Bette carefully picked up Angie and carried her through o the bedroom, she lay on the bed, her back leaning against the headboard and Angelica head leaning on her bent knees, her little legs were on Bette’s lap
“Hi Baby Angelica…I’m your other Mama!, and I’m sooo pleased to meet you” she said in a baby voice
Angie just stared at the brunette intently
“I’m going to give you everything I can, and you know what baby? I thought when I met your mommy that she took my breath away…but you baby! ..You are so precious..so amazing and soooo beautiful” Bette then leaned down and kissed her baby daughter, then continued speaking to her daughter as if Angie understood her
“Baby..we are all going to be a family, and I promise you I’ll take care of you to the best of my ability, and I’ll love you till the day I die…”
Angelica gurgled
Bette laughed “Your going to be soooo loved baby…not just by us..”
Tina was just about to enter the bedroom when she heard Bette conversing with their baby, she stopped and stood near the doorway, then listened to what her lover was saying…what she heard warmed her heart, but wetted her eyes, tears started to fall silently from the blonde. Tina was completely choked with emotion at Bette’s obvious joy and sincerity towards their baby. She was overawed and relieved that Bette had taken this whole thing so well, so much better than she thought she would. Bette had welcomed her daughter with open arms

Great chapter and funny also. Alice will be Alice, no matter where she is or what she hears. Poor Bette, Alice will never let go of that evening and poor Tina, Bette did not reciprocate and Tina was left hanging. Maybe Bette can correct the error of her ways tonight. PPS

Poor Bette, she can’t seem to catch a break with the gang. I am glad that she is loud when it comes to Bette and Tina. Now their lives begin as Bette, Tina and Angelica.
