Part 14
Tina got her phone call to Kit and explained the events that had occurred. Bette’s sister was ecstatic to keep Angelica, but stunned the gang had become jailbirds. Kit cursed Jodie upside down, then when she was finished turning the air blue she congratulated Tina for getting back with Bette saying “My baby sis has never been the same since you left, it was as if part of her died when you walked out on her…not that I blamed you, what she did was despicable, but I’m so glad you both have found your way back to each other”
In the morning they were all released without charge, as Ms Learner choose not to press charges against the blonde for the assault, she feared Bette would make her life hell at the university. Due to this the police had no choice they had to let all of them walk.
Kit came to pick the girls up. On the drive home Bette and Tina explained to the girls about Angelica (Shane just acted as if she knew nothing). At first the girls were reeling at the fact the couple had a baby, but then excitement and genuine happiness for Bette and Tina’s new family kicked in. The couple told the girls Angie’s full name they were all thrilled and really touched at the gesture, it showed that Tina had thought of them when she went away, and the blonde had thought alot of the girls, that they were of significant importance to the blonde, so much so that she had called her first child after them all. Kit, and Alice cried shamelessly, as did Dana, but Shane just had a golf ball in her throat, she was chuffed to bits but couldn’t express her emotions…she felt extremely happy that her role models had their desperately wanted child at last, she had always knew they would make excellent parents, and that they would do everything possible to ensure Angelica had a happy upbringing. Shane secretly made a conscious decision to herself to make sure the baby always had her to turn to…she looked at the couple like the parents of the group, so that made Angie her little sister, and hell would freeze over before she would let anything happen to the babe.

Great chapter and funny also. Alice will be Alice, no matter where she is or what she hears. Poor Bette, Alice will never let go of that evening and poor Tina, Bette did not reciprocate and Tina was left hanging. Maybe Bette can correct the error of her ways tonight. PPS

Poor Bette, she can’t seem to catch a break with the gang. I am glad that she is loud when it comes to Bette and Tina. Now their lives begin as Bette, Tina and Angelica.
