Bette: Are you laughing because you have a comedy in mind you would like to watch?
Dana: Um no I figured you would have a video for us to watch
Bette was perplexed
Bette: I guess I can pick something out
Dana covered the mouthpiece and whispered to Alice ” I don’t think they have a tape she seems confused as to what I’m talking about
Alice: Yeah like she’s going to announce she’s a ***** star
Dana: Man I wish I could see their faces
Bette was intently trying to hear what Dana was saying
Bette: I hear whispering who are you talking to
Dana: My cat
Bette: you don’t have a cat
Dana: Right! I forgot I guess I’m going to have to go get oneoh by the way today’s the big art show right?
Bette: Um..yeah..um Dana your weird todaymore than usual
Dana: It’s just the morninghaven’t had my coffee you know how I get
Bette: You hate coffee
Dana: See what the morning doesi forgot that tooso anyway do you need me to tape the show
Bette: What show?
Dana: Your art showAlice said You got a camera for it?
Bette: Oh um right uh wellI’ll have james do it you just enjoy the show
Dana: Trust me I will
Bette: Well I’ll see you tonight then
Dana: Ok bye
Bette shook her head as she hung up the phone.. Dana was crazy…she quickly let the conversation go to the back of her mind as she stole glances of Tina sitting deep in thought on the couchShe was very pensive and Bette thought she looked very *****. Her conversation was quickly forgotten
Bette: So what are you thinking about me or food?
Tina: Food. Just kidding babe you of course
Bette: Come join me in the shower thenit’ll be fun
Tina: I’m sure it would bebut I know we would never get out
Bette: Do you want me to begbecause I will
Tina: I cant have you looking like a prune on your big day
Bette smiled
Bette: Ok I see your pointI’ll be quick thenI’m excited to see what your going to make me for breakfastyou know since my fridge is so well stocked and all

for a yale grad, Bette sure takes some time to put 2 and 2 together…LOL!!! OK so u say Tina being pregnant will add some drama to the story…. how ’bout T losing the baby????? It’s 2 soon in their relationship 4 a pregnancy (I think) any who PLEASE DON’T TAKE SOOOOOOOO LONG B4 POSTING!!!!!!

wow Bette is truely not paying attention to Tina. lmao when she stops in traffice realizing what “i’m late” really means. i can see Tina pacing in the house wonder how she will tell Bette the news at the same time it pops into Bette’s head. good to see Tina told her mom she broke up with Eric. cant wait to her her mothers reaction. great story nyc.

It’s funny and kind of sad at the same time……
Mean while Bette was about to 4 blocks away when she suddenly slammed on her breaks.
The two words I’m late were reverberating through her mind over and over….
The significance of those two words suddenly had a tremendous effect on Bette….
I knew that Bette would eventually figure it out; too bad her mind was so preoccupied at home.
Is it me, or is Tina’s mom a pain in the ass?
Tina’s mom is a total pain in the ass….and at this stage in life…she needs to get her own life….Pls don’t make us wait too long for the next post…your really not being very nice right now!!!

Bette, Bette, Bette, “I’m Late” duh. Porter if its not sex then your minds on work. I can just imagine she stopped dead in traffic. I hope Tina doesn’t say anything to her mom, who has got to buzz off, and definitly not to Eric. He dosen’t have to know. Please let Bette be okay with this, even though she’s not sure, may be its just the stress of it all and she’s not pregnant, that would be good right now. Can’t wait for more.
